Poetry 'n' Motion Summer Camp. Mon 30 Jun - Fri 4 Jul 2008. Regardless of what the weather serves up, a fun time is on the menu at this year's Poetry 'n Motion Summer Camp. Children from 6 to 13 years of age are catered for. The younger children will meet from 10am until 12.30pm, with the second group meeting from 2 until 4.30pm. Now in its sixth year the Poetry'n Motion Summer Campexplores all areas of theatre in a fun environment.Drama, dance, song,poetry, improvisation and mime make up the main elements of the workshop and with a strong helping of theatre games - learning is huge fun.The main aims of the workshop are to while at the same time promoting team work.Poetry'n Motion Summer Campis facilitated by Mary Power Cooney. The cost of the workshop for the week is 80 for one child, 140 for two children and 200 for three children from the same family. Places are strictly limited at Poetry'n Motion Summer Camp so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Drama Dynamics Summer Stage. Fri 4 Jul - Mon 7 Jul 2008 @ 10 am to 2 pm. Admission: 100. Venue: Kilcullen Town Hall Heritage Centre, Main Street, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare. Drama summer camp for kids. This is Evelyn O' Sullivan's third year running the very successful Drama Dynamics Summer Stage events in the Kilcullen Theatre. This is a fun filled week where the children are put into groups accordung to their age. Along with Evelyn there are two other camp facilitors to ensure that each child recieves maximum benefit from the camp. Places are limited. The children come together to get an on the spot introduction to acting in a fun and relaxed environment.
