Served by the Conservatory Restaurant kitchens we can prepare a huge range of menus ranging from canapes to Grand Gala Buffets, hog roasts to hot or cold finger buffets. Alternatively, you may have your own ideas for themed celebratory menus that we are only too happy to accommodate.

Accommodation The 25 traditionally furnished rooms at Boxmoor Lodge Hotel are fully equipped for either double or twin occupancy. All rooms may be reserved as singles if required All bedrooms are en-suite and have colour television (including satellite channels at no extra charge), Direct Dial telephone with modem point, Free wireless internet connection, hospitality trays for tea and coffee making, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Family rooms including cots are available on request. A specially designed room for disabled guests is also available at the hotel. Conference Centre Boxmoor Lodge Hotel offers small scale conferencing and private functions room facilities. Simon's Photography provides a personal service to capture the emotions of the occasion, our style of photography is relaxed and informal. You can choose how your event is photographed, the traditional shots, modern style or portage photography. Simon's photography established over 20 years specialises in Weddings and has captured many weddings at the Boxmoor Lodge and Bedford Arms Hotel. For an attendance fee of £200.00 we will capture the essence of your Big Day', additional £100.00 charged if you require reportage photography. You are then committed to buying 10 photographs at £10.00 each. If you buy over 50 photographs the price is reduced to £8.00 each. A non-refundable but transferable attendance fee of £200.00 is required to secure our services. Simon's photography also offers corporate and family celebration photography for a fee of £50.00.
