The Garden Room Restaurant in a garden setting with panoramic views of Tramore Bay, serves the best of ingredients, which are all sourced locally, prepared to your liking by our award winning chefs. In good weather you can enjoy your drinks outdoors on the patio/beer garden. A Snack Menu is available from 11.00am each day, either in our new Lobby or in our Lounge Bar, both with panoramic views of the Boating Lake and Brownstown Head. We also have a beautiful, recently refurbished Lakeside Room which can cater for private dining parties of up to 50. We also use this room for civil marriage ceremonies.

Tramore is Ireland's premier seaside resort with 5km of golden beach. As a seaside resort, our amenities include sea and freshwater angling, canoeing, diving, surfing and sailing. We also have an excellent indoor swimming pool and leisure complex Splashworld across from the hotel. Tramore's famous amusement park is especially popular with children. Tramore's Golf Course is well regarded internationally, and other excellent Golf Courses, such as Waterford Castle and Faithlegg are only a short drive away.Tennis, Pitch and Putt and Horse Riding are available in or near Tramore, and the nearby Comeragh Mountains are ideal for hiking. Cots available on request. Safety Deposit Box in all rooms. Iron Ironing board available. Our Double Rooms all have 5' beds. Our Standard Rooms all have a double and a single bed. We have Family Rooms with a double and two single beds. Most of our standard rooms have sea views and balconys which you can upgrade to on arrival if you wish, at little extra cost. Check-in is usually 4.00pm, but off season we can offer check-in from lunch-time. There is a lift to all bedrooms and a ramp from footpath to lift. Late check-out available on request.

Waterford offers the prospect of unrestricted walks along the breathtaking coast, in the Comeragh and Knockmealdown Mountains and along the valley trails of its many rivers.The Waterford Coast offers short headland and bay walks for more casual walker. An entertaining Waterford City Walk introduces the visitor to the principal sights in the city. A one hour tour includes two cathedrals, four national monuments, and a gallery of rogues and rascals. The walker can explore the folklore, geology, flora and fauna on conducted Nire Valley Walks in the Comeragh Mountains. A Comeragh Mountain Walking Festival is held annually in October. The walks are graded and are led by very experienced guides. The Nire Valley, Ballymacarberry, has the terrain to suit every grade of walker from the experienced mountaineer to the complete beginner. Situated in the picturesque village of Rathgormack, the Rathgormack Hiking Centre is a purpose built, Board Failte approved Hostel with accommodation for 20 people. At Ballymacarbry, situated between the Knockmealdown and Comeragh Mountains, a good variety of walks are available for both the experienced and more casual walkers. There are river walks, The Manann at Faithlegg and Woodstown Beach and Tramore all close by.The Doneraile Walk is a scenic coastal walk in Tramore. Tramore is famous for it's 5km sandy beach and sand dunes.The East Munster Way extends from Carrick-on-Suir, west/south-west to Clogheen, a distance of 70 kms. The South Leinster Way, which can also be joined at Carrick-on-Suir runs north-east for 102 km via Piltown and the valleys of the Nore, Barrow and Slaney to Kildavin. Ardmore has a published Cliff Walk. Way-marked, long distance trails include St. Declan's Way, an ancient pilgrims' path of some 94km which runs from Ardmore through Cappoquin, Lismore, Ardfinnan and Cahir to Cashel. There is a way marked walk in Ardmore, The Cliff Walk - 5km, that includes the christian settlement founded by St. Declan.
