Getting There: Middle Caicos is located in the Eastern time zone, 575 miles southeast of Miami (less than a 90 minute flight), 90 miles north of the Dominican Republic, and a 10 to 15 minute charter flight from Provo. To get to Provo, there are direct flights from Miami, Charlotte NC, Boston, New York, Toronto and London. Also check on charters from your area. English is the native language and the US dollar is the currency, making the Turks and Caicos Islands an easy destination. You will need a current passport. Arrival: Go through Passport control. Keep the immigration paper you are given. Pick up bags and take them through customs. You have a reservation for your flight to Middle Caicos. Follow instructions given you by the SeaWings Villa managers. If you are going for groceries, a taxi driver will take you to the IGA, wait while you shop, and return you to the airport. Transfer: You will be met at the Middle Caicos airport and transferred to SeaWings Villa. Water: Water is a precious commodity in this island environment. The tap water, collected in a cistern, is safe to drink, but if you prefer you can buy drinking water by the gallon from Blue Horizon Resort. Please use the water you need, but we appreciate your using it conservatively. Electricity: Also please help conserve energy by remembering to turn off lights and ceiling fans when you are out. Food: There are no grocery stores (except for very basic items and snacks). There is one restaurant with a limited menu, and a few people who will cook local cuisine by reservation. All other food must be brought in. You can pre-arrange to have your groceries bought and in the villa when you arrive. Or you can bring groceries with you from Provo. There is a full-size refrigerator/freezer and plenty of cupboard space. Remember that food left out will attract ants. Keep opened food in the refrigerator or in the vacuum cannisters provided. Maid Service: There is maid service available for an extra fee. Please arrange for this service when you check in. Telephone: Telephone calls may be made with a credit card at the office of Blue Horizon Resort. SeaWings Villa is a spacious and light vacation getaway home, with large windows and window-walls to surround you in sunlight, Italian terra cotta tile floors throughout, white walls and cathedral ceilings--with ceiling fans. The large master suite has windows on 3 sides, two comfortable chairs for reading and relaxing, a queen size bed, and a panoramic view of the sea--accompanied by the gentle sounds of the surf. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a chest of drawers, and chair, and a wide sliding door that opens it up to the panoramic sea view and the ocean breeze. The ensuite bathrooms have closets, drawer and shelf space, and extra-large ceramic tile showers. Luxurious towels and bed linens are used throughout. The living area, which stretches across the entire front of the house, has window-walls and large windows on 3 sides, giving a 180 degree view of the bluffs, the dragon of Dragon Cay, the many shades of deep blue and turquoise of the Caribbean water and of the varying greens of the lush, multi-textured vegetation. At one end is a screened-in porch, perfect for napping in the sea breeze, or viewing the crisp, bright stars against an extraordinarily black night sky. The living room is furnished with comforable chairs as well as a rocking chair; the large dining area, set in the bay for a panoramic view and breeze has a glass-top table with 4 chairs. A radio/CD player is there to provide music, and if you choose to listen, a refreshing slant on the world news from the perspective of the French Broadcasting Network. There are some CD's there, but we recommend bringing your own favorites. Open to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen with a smooth-top stove/oven, microwave, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. A full complement of dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking and baking utensils is provided for your dining enjoyment. There is a ground level, enclosed laundry room with washer and dryer, and clothes line. (laundry soap provided)

Rental Agreement for SeaWings Villa. If you would like to make reservations we ask that you carefully read the information below and then download this page as well as a second page which you will fill out and fax to the number provided. To download the pdf file click on the Rental Agreement link at the bottom of the page. Information, Terms, and Conditions: Minimum rental 3 days. Check in is after 2:00pm; check out is by 10:00am. $325.00 + 12% tax per night up to 7 days $2100 + 12% tax per week (7 days). 50% at time of rental. Paid by Visa or Mastercard. Due 30 days prior to rental date. If balance is not received by that date, the deposit will be forfeited and the reservation cancelled. $150.00 left at desk at check-in, returned less any adjustments for damage incurred, at check out. May be paid with the final payment. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation must be made in writing and faxed to 1-649-946-6139. It must reach Blue Horizon Resort at least 60 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund less $50.00 administrative costs. Cancellation notification received fewer than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund only if other clients are booked into SeaWings Villa for the same days less adminstration fees. The total number of occupants is not to exceed 4 people, unless special permission is received in writing (or email) from Blue Horizon Resort. We discourage children under the age of 6. The property furnishings shall not be abused in any way and shall be left in the same condition as when rented. Blue Horizon Resort reserves the right to inspect the premises at any time and to terminate the rental without notice if abuse or disturbance is caused. Sun Beach Properties, Ltd., Dragon Cay Enterprises, Ltd. and owners of SeaWings Villa shall be held harmless during the rental period and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to persons or property.
