How to Get There: American Airlines has three daily flights out of Miami to Providenciales (Provo).American is also flying direct from New York. US Airways flies 4 days a week out of Charlotte, North Carolina and British Airways from England is now flying in once per week. We recommend that you land at Provo before 3.00pm and Island hop the same day via Turks and Caicos Air to Middle Caicos at a cost of $55.00 per person or charter a six seater plane with Global Airways at a cost of $350.00. Turks and Caicos Air flys around 4.00pm to Middle on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Global flys any day and time. On Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays you can fly with Turks and Caicos Air via North Caicos airport and taxi to Middle Caicos and our villa via a causeway connecting the islands. Turks and Caicos Air can be booked by phoning 649 946 4999 and Global by phoning 649 231 0045. Book your flights to Provo as early as possible during peak seasons from November to April as flights are very busy. There is a ferry service from Provo to Sandy Point on North Caicos, however, because of the long distance to the Middle Caicos causeway the taxi fare is very expensive and we recommend using air transport at this time. Passports for entry to the Islands are required. Arrival: Our manager or one of his helpers will pick you up by taxi when you arrive at Middle Caicos or North Caicos airport. If he is a little late, don't worry - the slow pace of the islands is half the fun. When you arrive at our Villa look for the guest book which you will find very helpful. Island Transportation: Transportation on the island is either by taxi or car rental. Cost of a taxi rental is approximately twenty-five dollars (unless you have more than two people which costs slightly more). Car rentals are available. What to Take: We strongly recommend that you take as little as possible realizing that the average temperature on the islands is 78 degrees Fahrenheit at night and 84 degrees Fahrenheit in the daytime. The ladies may wish to bring a light dress and the men a light pair of pants particularly if you are going to attend the Baptist church in Bambarra. On occasion insects can be a pesky. Although the Villa is well screened we recommend you bring some bug repellent. Boating, Fishing, Snorkeling, and Day Trips: Bring your own fishing and snorkeling gear with you. We recommend that you go out with a local fisherman on his boat, particularly when you are not familiar with the waters. Snorkeling trips as well as day trips on the island and to other local islands can be arranged through our manager. If you go fishing it is likely you will catch enough fish in one day to feed the family for a week. The bone fishing is world famous! Trekking and Historical Walks and Sites: There are some excellent walks and historical sites to visit. Arrangements can be made to see the huge caves in Conch Bar as well as visit the historical ruins on the easterly side of the island. Shopping: There is a small store in Middle Caicos (ten minute walk from the beach) at which you can pick up a very limited supply of food and beverages. You will likely have time to do some shopping at the Island Pride grocery store and Carib liquor store in Provo on the way through. They are only five minutes from the airport. Special arrangements can be made with ourselves to use our grocery account at the Island Pride permitting you to fax your order to the store on leaving home with the groceries being delivered to either Turks and Caicos Air or Global Airways as you Island hop. Details on how to do this will be provided on request. Also, food may be brought through customs from the mainland. There is very good shopping in North Caicos with easy access via the causeway linking the islands. Finally, you can buy fish, couch, and lobster directly through our manager. The women in Bambarra are excellent craft people and you will find ample opportunity to purchase beautifully woven baskets, mats and the like. Apart from that there is nothing to buy on the island and nothing more to spend your money on. Currency, Credit Cards, and Banking Facilities: Only US currency is accepted in the Islands. There are banking facilities at Provo and Grand Turk (Scotia Bank, First Caribbean). Scotia Bank has an ATM. The economy on the outer islands (our Middle Caicos) works on a cash basis with no credit card or travellor cheque facilities and we recommend that you bring cash in small denominations.US travelers cheques and credit cards are widely accepted in Provo including grocery stores and airlines. There is a local bar/restaurant about a 10 minute walk towards the village of Bambarra as well as a restaurant at the airport. Health: There is a nurse on our island, a medical clinic and small hospital in Provo and a hospital in Grand Turk.

RECREATIONAL LEASE AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT made the day of , 200. SUNDIAL RECREATIONS LTD. of Middle Caicos, Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies. Duplex Villa, West Side, Bambarra Beach, Middle Caicos, Turks Caicos Islands, B.W.I.; two bedrooms, each with queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, family area with pull out queen size bed and 2 cots, front and back decks, all linen and bedding, T.V., video player and tapes, radio/CD, tape deck, CD's and tapes. The lease term shall be from 3:00pm the day of , 200 to 11:00am the day of , 200. Total rent shall be the sum of $ (U.S. funds) payable in advance on or before the day of , 200. A 20% deposit of the total rent shall be paid on or before the execution of this Agreement, which shall form part of the total rent. 6. ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT. In addition to the rent, a deposit of $ (US funds) shall be paid at the time the balance of the rent is payable to be applied to the use of the grocery andtelephone accounts where applicable. The total number of occupants not to exceed persons. The Lessor shall provide a telephone: Yes / No If a telephone is provided the Lessee agrees to pay all long distance charges related thereto. The Lessor shall provide access to the grocery account: Yes / No. The Lessee shall not abuse the premises in any way and shall leave same in the same condition as when taken. The Lessee agrees as follows: (a) conserve the use of water, (b) use the washing machine only once per week, (c) place all garbage at the designated disposal site, (d) turn off the fans and air conditioning when not in use, (e) use the telephone/fax for personal use only, ie no business or internet connections with out making special arrangements in advance with suitable deposit. The Parties acknowledge that the Lessor shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Lessee;s personal property located on the premises and recommends that the Lessee(s) obtain their own travel insurance. 13. RETURN OF ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT. The Lessor shall return the Additional Deposit, if any, less any adjustments for the use of the telephone and grocery accounts within 30 days of the end of the lease period or upon receipt of the telephone and grocery account (where applicable) whichever date is later. The Lessee shall pay any shortfall within ten days of request. In the event the Lessee cancels this Agreement prior to sixty days before the commencement of the rental period the deposit is returnable, but after that date the deposit is forfeited. In the event the Lessee cancels this Agreement after paying the full amount of the rent, the Lessor is only obligated to return that portion of the rent paid that is actually recovered by re-renting the premises for that same period less administration costs, plus the deposit less adjustments. In the event the Lessee breaches any of the terms of this Agreement the Lessor reserves the right to evict the Lessee without notice and without set off. The Lessor reserves the right to inspect the premises at any time. The laws of the Turks and Caicos Island, British West Indies govern this Agreement.
