We will need to coordinate transportation from the North End of North Caicos down to the lodge. Taxi fare will run about $60. • You can take the inter-island flight over with Air Turks andCaicos. Airfare is about $55 each way and taxi will run about $40 for two people from the airport to the lodge. AIRLINE TRAVEL SITES. Airport code is PLS (Providenciales). ABOUT NORTH CAICOS If you are looking for peace, quiet and solitude away from the tourism crowds, then North Caicos is the place to go. It is a great destination for a variety of nature activities such as kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, and exploring. We have a few small restaurants and grocery stores, but there isn't any shopping or a big nightlife here. There are a couple local bars and restaurants where you can listen to music and do some dancing. FOOD There are four small stores in Bottle Creek that sell groceries. The basics are available such as bread, some lunch meat, chicken, and produce. The North Caicos grocery stores are closed on Sundays; you should plan to have some of the food basics in your luggage, or you can eat at the restaurant the first evening. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot, cookware and dishes. Bottle Creek Lodge is home to the Bottle Creek Restaurant and Bar. Sit out on our expansive deck overlooking Bottle Creek and the outislands while you enjoy a great meal of Fish, Conch or Lobster (Season: Aug 15;Mar 31). North Caicos has a few restaurants other than the Bottle Creek Restaurant at the lodge. WHAT TO BRING Since North Caicos is a quiet laid-back island, there is no need for fancy clothing. Shorts, T- shirts and swimsuits will be all you need during the day. You may want to bring a light jacket for the cooler winter evenings. Bed linens, towels and beach towels are all provided. A hat and water shoes are a good idea for getting out into the water and exploring. Polarized sunglasses make a big difference for seeing nature under the water when you are out exploring in the kayaks or out fishing. Sunscreen is a must, and you may want to bring some bug spray for the evening hours. Most times the trade winds blow but every once in awhile, the winds die down and the bugs may be out at dusk. Bring your camera to get some amazing nature shots, and if you are planning on snorkeling or kayaking, bring a couple of disposable underwater cameras for some great memories on the water.

The main lodge hosts our very own Bottle Creek Restaurant and Bar. Come up after a day on the water and enjoy a drink on our deck as the sun sets and then sit down to a dinner of Lobster (in season) or Fresh Fish with homemade breads and desserts made to order.
