The village of Psakoudia is located at the verge of the Sithonia penisnula and about 80km from Thessaloniki. Our bungalow-complex designed according to the most up-to-date standards lays on an 11 acre-wide territory, in a pine forest and merely 150 m from the sea. We have 147 comfortable rooms (double, triple and quadruple rooms with bunk beds) and 8 apartments with double rooms, in 11 buildings. All rooms have air-condition, television (with cable TV), refrigirator, hair-dryer, telephone and view to the garden or to the forest. In the reception building there is a lobby where we provide internet access, car rental, safety boxes and a common shower. Furthermore, there is a restaurant with Greek and international cuisine, a pool bar, a cafe bar, swimming-pool, children's pool, playground, a TV and entertainment room as well as an organized beach. The Kassandra, Moudania and Sani festival, that takes place each year during the period July-August... Greek nights are regularly organised in the Philoxenia... The Philoxenia complex was created and functions with a view to provide family hospitality to all its visitors. Eleven bungalow buildings, swimming pool and immense gardens excellently constitute the shaped environment of Philoxenia. Its particular setting is found in the forest and only 150 metres away from the sea. The ideal combination of environment and locality of the hotel give the impression of land paradise.
