Condo - Chalets Our new Condo Chalets are nestled among the trees bordering Kouchibouguac National Park. There is a direct trail connecting to the hiking and skiing trails of the park. Your adventure literally starts on your doorstep! Main floor - kitchenette, bathroom, dining area, living area Second floor - bedroom with queen size bed, air conditioned, Sat TV, screened porch. The Condo-Chalets are set up as two story units. They are fully equipped with a modern kitchenette. Well lit dining area off the kitchen - some units look out onto the central courtyard and play area. Others facing the wooded area. Comfortable queen size beds guarantee a night's rest like you have never experienced before. Full bathrooms in each apartment boast all the amenities of home. Our Cottages Our Cottages A B offer you a fully equipped large kitchen. 2 bedrooms ( double single beds ) living room with sofa bed full bathroom, air conditioned, Satellite -TV, sundeck. Living- room - Cottage B. Cottage C accommodates up to 5 persons. Living room Dining Area - Cottage C Sofa bed ( Bunk-bed ). Motel Our motel units may be more to your taste. BOOKING and DEPOSITS The advance deposit required to guarantee the reservations is $ 50 up to 3 nights and $ 100 for bookings more than 3 nights and is due with the date of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Personal cheques are accepted up to two weeks prior to arrival. CANCELLATIONS A charge of one nights accommodation rate will be levied against the deposit if the cancellation notification is not received more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. A cancellation charge of $10 will be deducted from refunded deposits. Stays shorter than the originally booked dates are subject to a 50 % early departure penalty, based on the room charge for the cancelled nights. Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Full payment is due on arrival.
