At the top of the north-wing building there is an attractive roof terrace with a view of the Oresund. This is where you can relax and do some sunbathing when the weather is right! Culinary delights with a healthy attitude Restaurant Frederik Louise will supply all your culinary needs. The restaurant observes the principles of modern “Spa” cuisine, combining healthy eating with exquisite taste and a whole new way of preparing nutritional food. Fitness Centre Everyone staying overnight has free access to Skodsborg Vigor Center during normal opening hours. The exclusive facilities offer a large keep-fit centre, a swimming pool, hot- and cold-water pools, a jacuzzi, a Roman steam bath and a sauna. Our rooms The hotel has 86 rooms (68 double and 18 single). All these rooms have their own toilet, shower, telephone, TV and internet access. An advanced TV system via a keyboard gives you access to the internet and a wide range of media, and enables you to check your emails. You can also connect your own portable PC to the internet via the wireless net in your room. Connections The hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet - and yet it is only a 20-minute drive from Copenhagen. Every 20 minutes the airport train runs direct between the airport and Skodsborg station, which is 500 metres from the hotel. The coastal bus stops right outside the door every 20 minutes, and runs from Skodsborg to Helsingor and Lyngby.

Fairytale – 50 mins. DKK. A wonderful body wrap with 20,000 year old Hungarian mud that gives an exfoliating and muscle-relaxing effect, leaving the skin soft smooth. We also treat the face to a facial mask and massage. Chamomile Treatment – 50 mins. DKK. Enjoy a chamomile body scrub and a body wrap in essences of calming chamomile whilst enjoying a wonderful head massage. A re-hydrating mask is applied to the face. Hungarian Mud Treatment – 1 hour 20 mins. DKK. This is the same as the fairytale treatment but comes with a mineral sea salt spa bath. After which the skin is re-hydrated with aromatic cream. Purifying Spirulina Treatment – 1 hour 20 mins. DKK. Hungarian body scub which stimulates the skin’s circulation. Then you are wrapped in a contouring spirulina body wrap. You receive a facial massage and mask followed by a purifying Thalasso spa bath. Firming body cream is then smoothed over your new skin. Samezen – 1 hour 20 mins. DKK. This treatment is created with inspiration from the Northern Sami people. Samezen includes a herbal body peel followed by a facial cleanse and exfoliation. After a soothing hydrotherapy bath, your body will be massaged with birch leaf extract massage oil and warmed lava stones. Relaxing Paradise Treatment – 1 hour 45 mins. DKK. A body scrub is applied to refine the skin. Then step into a spa bath infused with essential oils. Then you relax to a 50 minute full body massage. Mother to be – 1 hour 20 mins. DKK. A wonderfully nurturing and refreshing treatment during your pregnancy. Feel invigorated as you experience the dry loofah body peel. Awaken tired feet with a mineral salt scrub. After showering, snuggle into a warm body wrap of grapefruit and lavender as we ease away aches and pains with a neck and shoulder massage. A facial cleanse, massage and mask completes this trip to heaven. Paradise Treatment – 2 hours. DKK. Pamper yourself with a totally luxurious treatment. Plunge tired feet into a eucalyptus foot bath and then experience the exclusive chamomile body scrub. Then caring hands gently smooth chamomile cream into the skin to refine and re-hydrate the skin. You then lie weightlessly cocooned in the sanotherm whilst we give you a refreshing facial. The treatment finishes with a relaxing hand and foot massage. Skodsorgs Luxury Treatment – 2 hours 50 mins. DKK. With spa manicure Enjoy a Hungarian body scrub followed by a rejuvenating spa bath with aromatic oils and relaxing back massage. Then you experience a wonderful facial with a deep cleanse and an eyebrow shape, facial massage and mask. To follow, a luxury spa manicure (without nail polish) completes this popular treatment. Skodsborgs “Ocean Blue” – 5 hours DKK. A fantastic head-to-toe treatment using Spirulina algae from the shores of a Californian lake. Refine your skin with a delicious body scrub and then be wrapped in an exclusive Spirulina mask for the entire body. Step into a relaxing spa bath with your choice of either essential oils, Hungarian salt or Thallasso. Nourishing and firming cream is then smoothed in as you are wrapped in warmth. Then experience a refreshing, facial which includes an eyebrow shape. Have your hands and feet treated to a manicure and pedicure. Indulge in a mineral salt body scrub to give your skin renewed radiance and softness. Relax and drift off as loving hands massage you with edelweiss oils and hot stones. Then experience the sensation of warm weightlessness as you are cocooned and massaged in the sanotherm soft pack whilst enjoying facial moisture mask to give you back your glow.
