The Villa offers 3 very nice size bedrooms with sitting area's and 4 and 1/2 baths. The entire house is done in marble. The front of the house is all glass to enhance the spectacular view. The main level consists of a large entrance, with a fountain, and stairs off both sides. There is one large bedroom, full bathroom, sitting room,and a separate exit to a terrace, that has a pa la pa, that overlooks the pool area. The main level also houses a huge family room of all glass, an elevated dining area, that seats 12, a separate bar area, and a beautiful new kitchen. Off the kitchen is the laundry room, and stairs that lead to the small servants quarters. Located out the two 14 foot glass doors in the family room is a beautiful patio area, perfect for dining, or relaxing. Down another flight of marble stairs, will take us to the pool deck area just redone in a cool deck white finish. An incredible new waterfall and water slide was just added this year that is sure to please. Back up to the main level, and up a marble staircase will take us to the second level. To the left a bedroom, with a full bath, and an office, or sitting room. To the right is the master bedroom. It is big, and comfortable. Two large sets of sliding glass doors take us out to the marble terrace. I love this area. It is very large, with a sitting area, dining area, and sunning area. Up a few stairs will take us to another terrace with an eating, and sunning area, done in granite. The house has 6 custom made palapa's. No need to buy bottled water, of purified ice. The house also has a water pressurizing system. Most Mexico homes suffer from poor water pressure. Not this house. 75 PSI from every outlet in the house. All copper water lines. The house is currently set up with some high end electronics. Panasonic 5 disc DVD changer, JVC VCR,and JBL speakers are in the master bedroom! Lower bedroom has a 30 Philips TV, and Panasonic DVD player. Top of the line Sony receiver powers 4 pairs of JBL speakers. One pair in the master bedroom, one pair in the family room, one pair of outdoor JBL speakers in the lower outdoor patio area, and another pair of outdoor JBL speakers in the pool area, all controlled by a speaker control box. Acapulco Villa Rentals - Villa Ladomar. Surrounded by private gardens and a fish shaped pool, the day can be enjoyed relaxing while waiting for that specially cooked dinner by our well trained staff. In the Acapulco villa rentals market, Villa Ladomar(Villa by the Sea) has all 4 bedrooms facing a view of Acapulco Bay. The bedrooms are furnished as follows. The first bedroom on the top floor has a King Size bed, VCR, Cable TV with USA networks and small stereo system. This bedroom has a nice terrace off it and is perfect for afternoon sun and offers the best view of Acapulco Bay. The just updated bath has double sinks with marble tops and a large tile shower overlooking the forest and mountains. The second bedroom also on the top floor is the same as the first, just a bit smaller but still larger than most and also has a back terrace. The third bedroom is very large and has a King Size bed with sofa sleeper if needed and bathroom with shower, terrace and nice view of the Bay. The new 4th bedroom is the largest with a King Size bed, sofa sleeper, large terrace and nice view of Acapulco Bay. The bathroom is very large with double marble sinks, glassed in Shower with separate Jacuzzi Tub and a view of the mountains. If needed the Villa has a 5th bedroom / Apt with small living area with Kitchen. It is located on the 1st floor on the lower level and has no view of the Bay. We're fully staffed!
