Entries will be typically be posted within a couple of days. We had a wonderful time. Having dirty banana withdrawals! Enjoyed the staff so much. Neville, thank you for making sure the girls got back safely. Will return as soon as we can. Thanks to all of you! Mary Ann Baltic, SD USA - 19 June 2008. I recently returned from a 5 nite stay at Coco La Palm and had a fantastic time. The front staff, especially Esna, was very accomodating. Donovan makes the best beef bbq ribs and Conrad, the bartender, is a great listener. The groups are beautifully maintained; I miss hearing the birds in morning and will be sure to return next year. Sharon T Baltimore, Maryland USA - 16 June 2008. FANTASTIC Michael Earl Chicago, Illinois USA - 12 June 2008. Well we returned again and had an even better time. We really like CoCoLaPalm. Mr.Vassell and the staff are the best. The only draw back was the early morning construction banging...but on the positive side..was a great alarm clock. Peeked in to take a look at the new renovations and theyre really going to be nice and bigger. Otherwise all is good. The guys that set up things on the beach and security all good. We plan on returning in Dec08. We really love Jamaica. Weve vacation to many places and find that Jamaica is the most layed-back of all islands. Weve stayed at numerous resorts in Negril-Montego and Kingston..and find that CoCoLaPalm is top on the list of small personable resorts. Keep up the good work, see you soon. One Love!!! Respect!! Angela and Pamela R Chicago, IL USA - 6 June 2008 my boyfriend and i just returned from a 6 day stay at the Coco...we didnt want to leave! thank you so much to the wonderful and hospitable staff that made our vacation so incredibly fabulous. the room was beautiful, food delicious and Red Stripe COLD! we cant wait to come back. thank you again!! - Karen K. karen k ventura, california usa - 2 June 2008. Just returned from Co Co for the first time. This place is truly a gem. The property and beach are beautiful and the staff is the greatest. We stayed in the queen junior suite which was plenty big enough for four ladies with lots of luggage. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck where we enjoyed the sunrise every morning. The food is good reasonable at Co Co but be sure to eat at Kuyaba (down the beach), Sweet Spice (downtown)and Rockhouse (on the cliffs). Day trips--If you can tear yourself away from the beach, I recommend the tour of Mayfield Falls. It is much better than Dunns River Fall and less commercialized. The mineral spring water is clear enough to drink and the surroundings are amazing. We will return to CoCo La Palm in Negril for years to come. Lynn Owings Mills, MD USA - 31 May 2008. I THINK COCOLAPALM IS GREATTTTT! THE STAFF ARE THE BEST, I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE, I WILLLL BEEEEE GOING BACK ASAP, VERNON IS THE BEST BARTENDER AND,WAITER,WAITRESS ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON THERE FACE AN KEPT MY COFFEE FILL.THANKS COCOLAPALM FOR THE BEST VACATION. Alex and Siobhan, USA - 30 May 2008. We stayed at coco la palm the first week of May. We enjoyed ourselves very much, and want to give our thanks to Erica Chester and the rest of staff for making our stay there great. colleen s tulsa, ok usa - 27 May 2008. Just returning home from another great, relaxing trip to Negril (5th trip), made all the better by staying at CocoLaPalm (3rd time). My husband Fred and I have always been welcomed so warmly by the staff and also the friendly people of Negril. May is a little warmer and more humid than our usual November trip, but the afternoon short rainfalls are a nice break in the afternoon. The breakfast was a wonderful way to slowly begin the day and the beach is always maintained in a meticulous manner. Carol, our housekeeper seemed to know when to arrive and have a fresh clean room to return to in the afternoon. Vernon was a very considerate bartender and made happy hour from 5-7 each day, something to look forward to. Our travel friends, Tim and Ellie would agree he makes a mean banana/pineapple daiquiri. With travel from the US becoming a little more unpredictable in pricing and fees we were pleasantly surprised that it all went so smoothly. Love the new airport remodel at Montego Bay. Customs and Immigration there went alot more smoothly than in the past and had it all over Memphis on our return. Thank You all for providing a great place to vacation and always feel welcome. See You soon...Debbie Albert 5/22/08 Debbie A Bloomington, Indiana United States - 22 May 2008. Just returned from CocoLapalm for our wedding and had a fantastic time! The staff are wonderful, and the grounds beautiful. Loved the beachfront roomcant beat the view! A special thank you to Mrs. B for the wedding coordination...everything was lovely. We have nothing but great things to say about the resort. We will definately return for our 1 year anniversary. Stephanie Duane Whitby, Canada - 21 May 2008. I have vacationing to Negril for the past 10 years and got my first stay at CocoLaPalm Dec07. As a Travel Agent, Id toured the spot before. This little quaint resort was really NICE!!! The room was perfect, the staff VERY friendly. The grounds Beautiful. And the food...yum.yum. Willie over at the Beach Bar..cooked my food so to my liking that when I visited again in Feb08, we stopped there for Lunch. I so look forward to returning. REAL SOON!!!! One love..much respect. Angela R Downers Grove, Illinois USA - 19 May 2008. THE BEST HOTEL,EVERYONE THAT WORK THERE IS THE BEST I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE MY NEW JAMAICA FAMILY. ROBIN N SO.BURLINGTON, VERMONT USA - 17 May 2008. This was my first trip to Jamaica. Because of your staff, your accomadations and the sheer beauty of Jamaica - I will be back many many times. Thank You!!! Sharlene M Boston, Massachusetts United States - 16 May 2008. We just got back from a seven night stay at CocoLaPalm. Using JUTA to get to Negril from Montego Bay (also the return trip) was convenient and fairly reasonable. We enjoyed our time in Negril and plan on staying at CocoLaPalm the next time we are in Jamaica! Their location on 7 mile beach is perfect! The grounds (more like a tropical garden) are wonderful and filled with all types of brightly colored and/or flowering plants plus fruit trees. Their swimming pools and beach were kept immaculate and they provided lounges, towels and water floats! The most difficult choice during our stay was which almond, palm or sea grape tree to sit under once we were done sunning. Thanks CocoLaPalm for our relaxing time in Negril! Gail Ed Atlanta, Georgia USA - 14 May 2008. We loved our one week stay at the COCO La Palm. We will be back soon hopefully. The cleaning staff was excellent. They really cleaned our room up nice daily. We had one funny story from our stay. We thought the doors locked when you went outside and never bothered locking them until the last day of our stay. Our room was unlocked all week and we had no problems. Not many places you can say that about. My only tip for anyone traveling to the resort in the future would be to not use the telephones. The are VERY expensive and the charges add up quick even with telephone cards. Just use your cell phones. We love Whitney the taxi driver for the resort he got us everywhere we needed to go quickly and even found the best exchange rate for our travelers checks. We loved everything about our stay. We will be back with visitors next time. April Pleasant Grove, Alabama USA - 14 May 2008. We couldnt have asked for a better wedding and vacation. We will be back! Du...
