BELLAVISTA ANGUILLA BRITISH WEST INDIES. Bellavista is a three story villa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Located high above Road Bay and Sandy Ground, Bellavista captures the easterly trade winds, yet is just a short walk down a goat path to the beach. Each self-contained floor is beautifully furnished with every possible amenity including three bedrooms with ensuite baths, gourmet kitchens, large covered terraces with separate lounging and dining areas, cable TV, and high speed internet. Bellavista is also within minutes of dozens of extraordinary restaurants, whether beach dining or haute cuisine. The 20' x 40' pool is surrounded by a large terrace with separate poolhouse complete with a billiard table, library, and TV room. Snorkelling equipment, beach chairs, towels, and coolers are also available for guests use on Anguilla's spectacular beaches.

Daily Rates Holiday Season 15 December to 6 January 3 bedroom suite $500 1 bedroom suite $250 High Season 7 January to 14 April 3 bedroom suite $425 1 bedroom suite $200 Low Season 15 April to 14 December 3 bedroom suite $300 1 bedroom suite $150 All prices are in US dollars. A deposit of 50% of the rental rate is due within two weeks of booking. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival, except during the Holiday Season (15 December - 6 January), where full payment is due 60 days before arrival. 20% Government Tax and Service Charge will be added to the rates. Maximum occupancy of 6 persons per suite. Crib available. Check-in time 3 p.m.; check-out time 11 a.m. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Mastercard, or Visa. Cancellation Policy Deposits are refundable in full (less a US$100.00 administration fee) if notice of cancellation is received in writing at least 45 days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. All Holiday Season bookings (15 December - 6 January) are completely non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
