Cancellation and No-Show Policy A 3 night charge will be imposed if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. (7 nights will be levied Christmas and New Year). No Shows shall be deemed to be cancellations and billed for 100% of reservation cost.. The deposit represents a contract between Elodias Beach Resort and the guest. It guarantees both parties a confirmed arrival and departure date. Early Departure A penalty of two (2) night charged for checkouts prior to the booked departure date. Payment We accept travellers checks, money orders and cash. Visa, Mastercard Discover credit cards are also accepted.
