Skiffles Villas are located on the north side of the island of Anguilla. To be more specific: between Road and Meads Bays. Skiffles Villas in now comprised of only two villas. All of the former villas are now owned privately, but we remain as part of that community. Perched on almost 1 1/4 acres of private land. High above the water (2nd. highest property on the island), with stunning, panoramic views of both the northern islands of Anguilla and across the channel to the dramatic peaks of the mountains of St. Martin. The beaches of Anguilla are dazzlingly beautiful and visitors may find they have miles of silver, sandy beach all to themselves. The sea around Anguilla is crystal clear and even the snowy white terns flying over the water have brilliant, aquarmarine breast-a reflection of the shimmering, turquoise ocean. Beautiful, sleek Anguillian racing boats and sturdy fishing boats, their hulls painted with pride and care, adorn many of the beaches or can be seen flying towards the shore like giant butterflies with their unique, dipping sails seeming to dive into the water ahead. In Anguilla the beach is for those who enjoy the simple life- a magnificent sea, bright sunshine, a picnic of fresh lobster, a loaf of crusty bread from a rock oven, a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine. The beachcomber can wander for miles along empty strand, dipping into the warm sea from time to time-perhaps with a snorkel and mask to view the other beautiful world of underwater Anguilla. The only difficulty is one of choice-which beach visit? One would need weeks to see and know them all. Many of the beaches are easily accessible by road and parking at the hotels. Oleander and Flamboyant comprise a new two story villa built in 2004. Both villas face the swimming pool and the mountains of St. Martin.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. When reserving for less than one week, add 15%. Special discounts apply for stays of four weeks and longer. Deposit Requirement: 50% upon receipt of confirmation and invoice. Balance Due: 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: All reservations are NON-CANCELABLE. You will be issued a trip cancellation/interruption insurance policy after you have paid your deposit. If cancellation does occur, the balance will still be due, per your invoice. An insurance check from Travelex will be sent directly to you, after filing your claim with them. Children over 12 permitted at all other times. The charges for children are the same as for an adult. Pets: We are sorry, but no pets are allowed by guests. Handicap Access: Although Skiffles can accomodate mildly handicapped persons, the villas are not well situated for easy access.
