Guests will be asked for their passports and identification upon arrival. All
shared rooms (four and eight person
rooms) are fitted with double bunk beds and have individual lockers for storage. Guests are provided with clean bed sheets,
pillows, blankets on arrival. Towels can be rented/ purchased from reception if required. Our hostel ensures there is hot and cold water available at all times as well as
central heating in winter. envoy welcomes families travelling with children. Full rates will apply for children requiring a bed. Payment is required in cash paid in advance, for the night ahead or for the total stay. Please indicate when making a booking whether
airport transfer is required. Want to get away from the heat? -
Rooms are equipped with individual units, providing essential cooling for the summer period. Each
room has personal lockers providing our guests
safe holding of their possessions. The lockers require padlocks, guests can use their own or purchase from reception. Yerevan is alive all through out the night and so are we. envoy does not have a set curfew and reception is always open and able to help with your needs. Need a towel? Why not save some space in your backpack and hire a towel? You can hire
bath towels from reception.
Laundry service is available to guests at a nominal fee. Washing and drying facilities are both available. We are well known for our clean
showers with
24 hours hot and cold water supply. When the caf is not in operation, complimentary
tea and
coffee facilities are provided for guests to help themselves. The common
room has been designed to provide our guests a place to hang out, meet other guests, play
games, watch
TV and have a bite to eat. We also have organized events that you may choose to take part in such as pizza nights and quiz
game nights. The envoy team has a focus for fun! A range of board
games are available for use in the common
room. Plus we have some organized
games guaranteed to entertain and to create new friendships with fellow travellers. Our
games include: Scavenger Hunt - Discover Yerevan with a two hour challenge around the city. Team up with others and compete against each other. The event ends with a get together back in the common
room to score the results and enjoy some snacks. 2 hours + after
party Min 6 people required. Treasure Hunt - Another excuse to roam the streets of Yerevan! The
game requires teams to search for clues around the city leading them to a final destination. The first team to complete the course finds the treasure! 2 hours +
drinks Min 6 people required. Quiz Night - staying in tonight? Why not join a fun
game of trivia and perhaps pick up a few bits of trivia about Armenia and some general knowledge? 2 hours Min 10 people required. Pictionary - Reckon you're gifted in drawing? Why not put your talents to use in a fun
game of pictionary. Choose between English or Armenian (if you're
game)! 1 hour Min 8 people required. Need to surf the net or check your emails? You can access the
internet from the comfort of the Hostel. Wondering how to get to the hostel from the
airport? You can arrange
airport pick up in advance. The fee depends on the size of car required. Please ask when making your booking. Bookings can be made for any time of the day. New Yerevan walking

There are buses to most locations both inside and outside Yerevan. You can also easily choose from a range of
tours on offer. However if you wish you can rent a car with a driver to take you to other destinations. Cost of
car rental is dependent on destination and length of stay. There are also local
car rentals that reception would be happy to inform you about for self drive hire. for further information.
Our guests have quoted: Very clean and hospitable hostel. The bunk beds brought me back to my childhood. The staff was very helpful (and pretty). Yerevan was a different experience. No snow but plenty of KHOROVATS and beers!!! A few too many on one occasion! The facilities were excellent and the net was fast. I hope to return one day. - April 2008.
