Rent a traditional 2 floor villa with garden and view in Kassandra, Halkidiki, Greece, directly from the owner. The villa we rent has been designed for privet use. Summer 2007 was the first time we rented it. It occupies the west part of Villa Oasis building. The description that follows is short because pictures in the album can say much more.. The ground floor entrance is from the patio in the garden. You pass directly in a (40sqm) living room with fire place and traditional furniture with 4 big sofas and small round tables. Dinning room and kitchen area (26sqm) are in an extension of the living room 2 steps lower. There are 8 chairs by the table and the kitchen is completely equipped. From the kitchen a small corridor starts. At your left there is a bathroom with bath-tub and in frond of you a bedroom (16sqm) with a double and a single bed.. From the living room there are stairs going upstairs. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms a bathroom with shower and the upper floor exit. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second two single ones. Both bedrooms have exit to a balcony with fantastic view.. All rooms are air conditioned with 5 independent units and all bedrooms have closets. There is a TV set and free broadband Wi-Fi internet connection. Hot water is free but electricity (mainly for air conditioning) is extra charged 0.2 euro per Kwh. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. All cleaning equipments are provided and villa is delivered clean. There are 2 apartments for rent on the ground floor, 2 ones on the middle and 2 studios for rent on the top floor. All of them offer panoramic view over one of the most magnificent landscapes of Halkidiki. The blue sea, the long beach and the extended pinewood of the east coast of Kassandra. Each ground floor apartment has entrance from the frond side, from its privet patio in the garden. It sleeps up to 5 adults, 3 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. The 5th bed is extra charged 10 euro per night. Each middle floor apartment (ground floor from behind) has entrance from the back side (from an extended patio that is 5 steps above ground level) and a privet balcony in the frond. It sleeps up to 4 adults, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. Each top floor studio has entrance from the back side (17 steps higher) and a 40 sqm privet veranda with the best view. It has a double bed and an etage bed in the bedroom. Kitchen is in an extension of the same room. All apartments and studios are self catering with full cooking facilities. They have bathroom with shower and free hot water. Kitchens are in the living rooms. They are fully equipped, with big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons. There are two dinning places with tables and chairs. The first is in the kitchen and the second outdoors in the veranda, the balcony or the patio. During summer the actual living room is outdoors where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze, the perfume of flowers and the calm and magic summer nights of Chalkidiki.

For energy saving reasons, there is a meter in each and electric energy consumption is extra charged 0.20 euro per Kwh. If air condition is working with closed doors, the extra cost is no more than 1 euro per day, even the hotter ones. Normally air-condition is not needed because of the sea breeze that blows during the warm hours of the day. And the hotter the day is, the stronger the sea breeze. Free hot water is supplied to bathrooms and Kitchens. Linen is changed once a week and towels twice. Studios and apartments have all cleaning tools and we deliver them clean.
