room with its beautifully sculptured window represents very well the pride and craftsmanship of this era. We honor Dominique as the first owner of this beautiful home by naming this beautiful
room after him. Our second
room « Lliane Doiron » is comfortable and spacious with original oak floors,

private bathroom inside the
room. This beautiful and spacious
room newly and meticulously decorated is dignified to take the name Lliane Doiron. She was the fourth owner of this beautiful home. The third
room «Lo Vienneau» is spacious and comfortable. Special attention was given to this well deserved

room. Albert Webster was the second owner of this hostirical property between 1903 and 1921. The Maison Vienneau is located in a
quiet residential corner, a short walking distance form the boutiques and gift
shops in downtown Shediac. We are 3km from the famous Parlee Beach. Less than 45 minutes from the Confederation bridge, City of Moncton, Bay of Fundy, The Rocks, and the Pays de la Sagouine to name a few. The Town of Shediac is a beautiful small Town, filled with boutiques,
restaurants, and gift
shops but most important, you will meet the friendliest people. The Shediac Lobster Festival (from July 1 to July 7) is an annual activity that pulls a lot of visitors from afar. In Maison Vienneau use of antique
furniture throughout is decorated to inspire a calm and relaxing atmosphere. All
rooms have their own
private bathrooms. Like other establishments in the tourism industry, the Maison Vienneau has a cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your confirmed reservation date, this must be done three full days before the arrival date whereas no penalty will apply. If cancellation is made within three days of reservation, we will require 50% of the reservation. If no cancellation notice was made at all, 100% of reservation will be withheld. People ask us about our cancellation policy in cases of funerals, weather conditions, sickness, etc. It is regrettable but these circumstances are beyond our control. As you can understand, the tourist season is short and we rely on this time to make a return on our investment. Maison Vienneau is offering a
non-smoking environment. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the BB. For those who wish to smoke, we ask you to do so outside the premises keeping a reasonable distance from the entrances. Arrival time departure. Maison Vienneau prides themselves in the importance of cleanliness and upkeep of this beautiful historic home. To do so, it is of the utmost importance to have ample time to prepare the

426, Main Shediac Nouveau-Brunswick. In 1881, Mr. Dominique Richard nicknamed Baratte arrived from the United States and bought the land on the corner of Main and Vautour streets (today named Gallagher) from Mr. Edward MacDonald. In 1896, Mr. Richard had his home built with plans he brought with him. After the hardship of two fires destroying his shoe manufacturing plant, Mr. Richard had no alternatives but to sell his home to Albert Webster who stayed in the for the next 18 years. In 1921, Albert Webster sold to Mr. John Kelly who was Mayor of Shediac. The Kelly Family occupied the residence for 27 years. In 1948, the Kelly family, Nora and Mary sold the home to Miss Lelianne Doiron whom in turn sold it to Leo Vienneau in 1949. The Vienneau family made this their home for the next 48 years.
