Friday, 27. June 2008 16:26 Thank you for stopping by my site. Here you can leave your mark. Total Records: 55 Records Viewed Per Page: 15. Friday, 30. May 2008 11:37. I have just returned to Australia after a four week holiday in Thailand. One of the highlights was definitely the four days I spent in Chaing Mai. In hindsight I wish I had arranged my trip to spend more time there.(This is something I will address on my next visit.) I would highly recommend a stay at PJ's Guesthouse. Do not be influenced by what on a superficial level may appear to be more budget oriented accommodation venues. There are no hidden costs at PJ's and the level of service and quality of accommodation is excellent. I really appreciated Jiab's personal welcome at the airport and felt I was visiting friends rather than staying at a hotel. The small intimate nature of the guesthouse gives a very welcoming feel to your stay. Jiab and Peter are helpful and knowledgeable about the area but at the same time are not obtrusive and do not inhibit your personal space. The garden is certainly a real oasis and a wonderful place to relax either alone or with friends. I would highly recommend PJ's and hope to stay there again. herry_theo55@yahoo.com. Location: indonesia-jakarta. Monday, 19. May 2008 20:34. Last week I just come back from chiang mai and I agreed all of you that voted PJ's Place as the number 1 guest house in chiang mai. The owner, Peter and Jiab really friendly and so nicely to talk with. Keep doing good to both of you. I love chiang mai and I'll come back againfor sure. All the best for Peter and Jiab. Location: Brisbane Australia. Saturday, 3. May 2008 19:00. I have just returned from two weeks in Thailand and agree with all the positive comments below about the standard of accommodation at PJ’s. Peter and Jiab provide exceptional accommodation with attentive but non intrusive service and advice. The accommodation was far superior to all my other stops in Thailand, and many other parts of the world. Jiab's experience, knowledge of Chiang Mai and relaxed manner as a tour guide resulted in visits to several sites, without the touting and pushy hassling generally associated with such tours. He was part of the tour, not the normal pushy extroverted guide. He is also aware of Chiang Mai's night life, directing me to safe and enjoyable venues. I will have no hesitation about staying at PJ's next time I visit Chiang Mai and unconditionally recommend the guesthouse to others. Jiab, Peter and the guys I thank you for a truly wonderful and restful 5 days. Ross lebloiser@hotmail.com. Saturday, 3. May 2008 18:27. Hi PJ'S Staff I was there in April for songkran and spend a wonderfull time in your ghesthouse for 6 nights. As i told you, PJ's Place will be my future place to stay in Chiang Mai. I hope see you as soon as i can (but not before next year) and wish you all the best. Eric nickranger7@hotmail.com. Location: bangkok/portsmouth. Sunday, 6. April 2008 14:59 nick and I (DAVID)would just like to say how kind and helpful you both were to us when we stayed with you.Nothing was to much trouble, and we look forward to seeing you both again soon. shane73_cook@hotmail.com. Location: Perth, Australia. Tuesday, 4. March 2008 14:03. I originally booked for 1 week at PJ'S and enjoyed it so much I ended up staying for 2 weeks. Peter and Jiab are wonderful hosts and give personal attention to each and every guest. They are a wealth of knowledge regarding Chiang Mai and Thailand and I found this to save me time and money. I was delighted at the comfort and style of the rooms as the photos don't do the guest house justice, also the beautiful gardens within the facility. Peter and Jiab were able to eloquently answer all of my (many) questions, and the staff there were very friendly. It is great to get everything you want from a guesthouse these days with no hidden costs, such as, great breakfasts, transfers, daily cleaned rooms and information from the owners who live on site that you just can't get from a book or the internet. How many of you guys have had your holiday spoilt by choosing the wrong accomodation? I know I have, but this won't happen when choosing to stay at PJ'S Place. Can't wait to go back in July! Sunday, 24. February 2008 02:00. I have recently returned from my second enjoyable stay at PJ's Place and there is little I can add to my previous posting (number 32). Accompanied by friends, I was able to stay for a month on this occasion. As before, there was such a friendly and helpful atmosphere at PJ's and, most importantly, it was always kept spotlessly clean. Thank you again Peter, Jiab and your superb staff...I would not consider staying at any other guest house in Chiang Mai. Location: Los Angeles, CA. Wednesday, 20. February 2008 14:20. Finally a chance to reflect on our wonderful stay with Peter Jiab. We had the fortunate opportunity to spend a week at a spot one can call home while in Chiang Mai. We landed at PJs and immediately got tons of information from both Peter and Jiab and were able to explore not only Chiang Mai but set off on a tour of Northern Thailand and then come back to PJs to have on more moped ride to the mountain to drink coffee overlooking an actual coffee farm or see yet again another incredible waterfall. Both Anthony and I want to thank Peter, Jiab, and the staff for making us feel so comfortable and welcome and we look forward to coming back again in the future. Location: Aalen, Germany. Friday, 15. February 2008 22:33. First of all, sincerely thank you for all of you, P'Jiab, Peter and all the staff members. We wouldn't have been able to manage all of our plans and trips without the helps of P'Jiab and Peter. Eventhough I had got my work to do and left my bf with my parents who could not speak english at all, P'Jiab has sorted it out for me. I did not have to be worried about them s much anymore. P'Jiab took very good care of my parents and also my bf, Tommy. We're just sad that we couldn't have time to stay in Chiang Mai more after all the busy days at the graduation. Sometimes we were thinking, if we had given P'Jiab and Peter too many requests. (respectively works I would say) But like the others have said, they will not let you feel worried, they always try to help to make sure that everything is going well with their guests. We are so happy to have stayed there during my graduation! There wouldn't be anywhere else that I would suggest the people who are reading this to stay during the trip in Chiang Mai but only PJ-Place! We look forward to our next trip back to Chiang Mai and probably we'll also bring some more guests! Love to you guys, Lid and Tommy. Location: Exeter, UK. Tuesday, 11. December 2007 17:23 what can I say But Wow. Peter and Jiab offer a service second to none. The welcome was as warm as the weather and this continued throughout the stay. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The staff work very hard to ensure that all of your needs are catered for yet they are unobstrusive. Jiab is a very informative tour guide and allows you to experience the real Thialand that perhaps you would not see with other tours. Jiab certainly goes out of his way to ensure that you enjoy the tours. You feel like you are visiting friends rather than staying at a guesthouse, however, the standard of accomodation and service is easily five star. I was very sad to leave Chiang Mai and PJ's in particular. I will certainly return and PJ's will be my preferred place to stay. Please don't hesitate to book if you are reading this and wondering where to stay. You will not regret the decision to stay here and will leave with wonderful memories. louiscarlevaro@hotmail.com. Location: Sydney, AUSTRALIA. Friday, 23. November 2007 20:04. My stay was a wounderful experience, the room was not only beautiful but so very clean. Also the service I recieved was second to none. I could'nt have stayed at a better place I was sad to leave. I will certa...
