Booking request: Please read the below mention Terms and Conditions. Villa in Tobago request form. RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICIES: In the event of cancellation a 100% refund minus money transaction charges will be made if Villa de Lena is rented out for the same period. Alternatively, credits will be applied for rental at a future period of one year. However there will be no refunds or future dividend with cancellation notice 14 days or later prior to arrival. We recommend that you take out relevant travel insurance
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A cash
security deposit as per reservation agreement is required on arrival. If you prefer not to pay cash please notify us at the time of booking and you can pre pay the
security deposit prior to arrival. The
security deposit will be fully refunded either in connection with check-out or within 30 days of your departure, provided the villa is not left abnormally dirty causing additional cleaning, there is no breakage, damage, missing items, or any other charges incurred before, during or after your stay, still outstanding. RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAID SERVICE: The Villa includes a flexible maid service Sunday thru Friday between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm for household cleaning and household
laundry only. Cooking, dishwashing, personal
laundry or
baby-sitting can be arranged at an additional cost. Service charge and/or tips to staff at the villa are at the discretion of the guests.
TELEPHONE CLALLS: Villa de Lena has a stationary
telephone in every
room that is available for incoming calls only- blocked for outgoing calls. There is a Cellular
phone available for all calls in and outgoing.
Internet access is available. VILLA CAPACITY: The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for the excess persons immediately, or shall vacate the villa without refund. Pets are not allowed. MAINTENANCE. In case of a maintenance problem, we will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water,
pool filtration systems,
air conditioning,
television/
cable service,
telephone, appliances, etc. It is the Guest's obligation to report any problem or damage immediately to Housekeeping/ Maid.
PARTIES QUIET ENJOYMENT: The villa is to be used as a holiday home only. Absolutely NO house
parties or functions such as
weddings are allowed without advance written permission. There is a reception area/Gazebo that can be rented for
weddings and other social events. CHECK OUT TIME: The Villa should be vacated by 11 am of the last day of rental in order to prepare the same for incoming guests, we are however very flexible and individual arrangements can be made with Housekeeping. LIABILITY: The Owner and staff of Villa de Lena assume no liability for property loss or damages, nor liability for injury, accidents, or delays. Guests are responsible for the villa during occupancy, and must observe all
security precautions. Guests are advised to take out all relevant insurances usually covered by a travel policy. AVOID ACCIDENTS INJURIES: The
swimming pool area is not fenced; one uses this area including the
pool exclusively on one's own risk. The owner of Villa de Lena assumes no responsibility or liability what so ever for accidents, damages or injuries encountered whether it be in/by the
pool or property in general. It is strictly forbidden for children to visit the
pool area unless accompanied by parents or guardian. It is the said parents /guardian's responsibility to take adequate
safety measures to eliminate all risk in connection with visits to the

3-bedroom luxury villa. Villa de Lena is specially designed to capture the warmth and comfort of Tropical Tobago; the Capital of Paradise. The villa has a total area of 374m. The ground floor covers approx. 224m and the upper floor 150m. The ground floor consists of one large
living room, separate
dining room, large
kitchen, library,
TV-
room, large hall, powder
room, lobby, and a double
garage with stock
room. The upper floor consists of
three bedrooms,
two bathrooms (the master
bedroom with ensuite). Each
bedroom has it;s own
balcony or
terrace. There is also a very large
patio on the upper floor. The entire house is tastily well furnished with Scandinavian high quality
furniture and is fully equipped ready for your enjoyment. The
kitchen and
laundry are well equipped with all modern conveniences. There are supplies of superior quality cutlery, table setting,
kitchenware, linen, and towels.
Baby-sitting is available at extra cost. A
car rental service is conveniently associated with the villa;s occupancy. Pets are unfortunately not welcome. Maximal number of occupants is 6 persons.
Airconditioned Bedrooms Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed 180 x 200cm.
Bedroom #2 has two beds 90 x 200cm, which also can be used separately, or jointly as a double bed.
Bedroom #3 has two beds 110 x 200cm, which also can be used separately, or jointly as a double bed. The Gazebo which is suitable for
weddings and other social events is 100m² large. It has 2 washrooms male/ female.There are only 2 walls, allowing wide-open space with Roman Columns and balusters surrounding the rest of the building. There is a large circular honorary area suitable for the Table of Honour. This area is elevated a ½-staircase. There is also a ½-moon shaped area suitable for the Master of Ceremonies and /or Disc Jockey / orchestra. This area is also elevated a ½-staircase. The area includes a
bar / serving-counter equipped with a small
refrigerator and hot plate i.e. a small electrical cooking unit. We provide 2 beautiful high-back chairs that we call the;Bride Groom chairs; or Honorary Chairs. There are 2 entrances /exits leading to / from the
swimming pool which has a very large
pool deck /

In 1888 it was linked to Trinidad in a single government administration. The two islands lie only 33km apart. Trinidad has an area of 4 828km² while Tobago covers a mere 300km². discos/night clubs in the Crown Point/Shirvan areas. Carnival: :This festival is celebrated extensively in both Trinidad and Tobago. The climax is on Monday and Tuesday before Easter Ash Wednesday. Major components of the spectacle are Calypso, Steelband-music and the Masquerade;playing mass; or being a member of a costumed Carnival band. The festival is flamboyant, joyous and peaceful.
