We let out a recent house-extension containing a double bedroom and a bathroom w/toilet, wash-hand basin and shower room. The annex has its own entrance and from the room there is a direct exit w/half-door to an undisturbed garden with garden furniture. The room is large, light and cosy with parquet flooring. A baby weekend-bed is optional and free of charge. The annex is well-suited for longer-term leasing, where it will be possible to share a kitchen w/kitchen-dining room, freezer and refrigerator with the family, who is flexible and English-speaking. An extra bedroom can be offered. Our home is located in quiet, rustic surroundings in Marstrup, a village with both old and new. A local grocery shop is nearby. The nearest city is Haderslev, a distance of about 5 km. There are many opportunities for walks and bicycle rides in beautiful surroundings, fx. the Subglacial Stream Trench (Tunneldalen). One km from our home, the Department of the Environment has established "Dyrehaven" a 100 hectare great wild-life area, of which approx. the half is forest, incl. parts of the forest of Pamhule. The rest is open plains and meadows. Here some 200 fallow deer and 20 red deer thrive. The area is fully accessible and a great outdoor-experience for both ears and eyes.
