There are international airport in Prague and in Karlovy Vary. Marianske Lazne lies on the international railway from Germany. It is advantageous to take the EuroCity train (Prague-Dortmund). The train leaves from the main train station, Hlavni nadraži in Prague and it runs to Marianske Lazne. Train run approximately seven times daily. From Karlovy Vary there are several direct railway connections to Marianske Lazne. The Train runs through the picturesque valley of the river Tepla. From Prague take Freeway D5 to Plzen.
