The hotel or as it is also referred to mini hotel Letuchaya Mysh (Bat) was opened in December 2003. At that time it presented itself a mini hotel with 10 rooms providing full range of conveniences to the customer. The rooms of the hotel are located on the attic floor of the building. The plans are to reconstruct it in order to turn the whole building into the hotel. The hotel is located in the very center of Vyborg town close to its main historical sights. It is 5 minutes walk to the Vyborg castle which is the only undestroyed medieval castle in Russia with reach history. The hotel is in close proximity to the market squire with its adjacent medieval streets and buildings of unique architecture. If you turn left when you step out of the hotel you may take a walk along the picturesque bench of the Finnish gulf and if you turn right you will get on the main street of the town, prospect Lenina which is the center boulevard with a nice park coming along its side.
