Built in 1896 by John Smith, under instructions from the City Architect Charles E Davis, The Bath House offers an unrivalled location for your visit to Bath. With all the amenities and attractions within walking distance, there's no need to use your car from arrival to departure. Just park up and enjoy all that this World Heritage City has to offer, from architectural and cultural delights to fabulous restaurants and shopping facilities. Train and bus stations are within walking distance or a short taxi ride if your luggage is heavy.

Rooms are tastefully decorated and offer quality en-suite fittings, King sized, 4 poster or twin beds, LCD TVs with Freeview, hairdryers and generous hospitality trays to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is prepared using fresh and, where possible, local organic ingredients. The menu is varied and includes a full English option or lighter alternatives, fresh coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, a selection of cereals, yogurt and croissants. Vegetarian options are also available.

Twin or King sized room: £80 - £105 Single occupancy: 10% reduction. Weekend (Friday Saturday) minimum 2 nights stay. Cancellation: no charge if cancelled outside of four days prior to arrival. All bookings will need to be guaranteed by a credit card, but other methods of payment accepted on arrival. For cancellation without notice and 'no-shows' we will need to deduct one night's tariff from your card. Check-in: you're welcome any time from about 1pm. If your room isn't ready, we can store your luggage until later. Check-out: 11am, but you're welcome to leave luggage with us for the day.
