Organic Local Produce. Euro-Toques chef Johannes Haffner uses as much home-grown, organic and local produce as possible while all pastries, desserts and breads are home-made. Fresh Seafood, Meat Vegetarian Dishes. The wide-ranging A la Carte Menu includes quite a few classic and retro dishes; starters like Pate with Cranberry Sauce Toast, Smoked Irish Salmon with Crusty Brown Bread or Artisan Gubbeen Sausages on Stirfry Spinach, and main courses such as Beef Stroganoff (authentically cooked with vodka), or Grilled Loin of West Cork Lamb. These sit easily beside updated dishes such as steamed mussels with lemongrass and fresh ginger or stunningly fresh fish simply cooked in the contemporary style. Vegetarians too are well looked after (with dedicated dishes highlighted on the menu), a large selection of organic salads and pasta dishes are also available while there is a vast choice for carnivores too. These are housed in a recently refurbished, centuries-old farmhouse, which is surrounded by a courtyard with stone out-buildings, a beautiful subtropical garden and stunning views... Currently we have two beautifully furnished apartments available for weekly rental - both with wood flooring throughout.
