All our
bedrooms now offer full en-
suite facilities.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor level, whilst the other
two rooms are on the first floor. All
bedrooms have
flat screen TV DVD players,
safes (keys available for a returnable deposit),
internet access points provided for your laptop,
hospitality trays, hair driers,
bathrobes, and
radio alarm clocks. There is a wide selection of DVDs provided for your enjoyment. Although we are a
non-smoking house, we have provided a seating/smoking area at the front of the house for smokers. All guests are given their own set of keys to the house and
room. We also have private off-street
parking.

Kirkcaldy is centrally situated for easy access to Edinburgh, Stirling, Perth, Dundee, St. Andrews, and all the quaint coastal villages along the East Neuk of Fife. All are within a 50 minute drive. As the bus and railway stations are a short (5 minute) walk from Scotties...why not leave your car in our car park and travel the easy way - sit back and enjoy the scenery We are also part of the Coastal Walkway, for all the walking enthusiasts. In the world of
golf, Fife is famous for two things, one is that St Andrews is considered The Home of Golfand also that Fife has the largest concentration of
golf courses in Scotland. Kirkcaldy itself boasts two excellent

A self service
buffet unit will let you start your
breakfast, choosing from a wide range of cereals and muesli, fruit juices, yogurts, muffins, fresh fruits or fruit salads. Our Traditional Scottish
Breakfast consist of a selection of the following: Best back bacon, eggs, sausages, tattie (potato) scones, hash browns, haggis, fried bread, mushrooms and tomatoes. Too much? Little scrambled eggs may be more to your liking? Lite
breakfasts easily catered for. We also offer a full cooked vegetarian
breakfast, or if you prefer, we can offer it Continental style. Fancy sampling our porridge? Let us know the night before, and we;ll have some ready and piping hot for you next morning. Choice of fresh ground
coffee, fruit teas, or traditional teas and hot toast will be served. Choice of marmalades, jams and honey are always available. Jams/marmalades/honey. Muffins (subject to availability). Sausages - link or lorne.

From Edinburgh take the M90 motorway over the Forth Road Bridge and exit at junction 2a for Kirkcaldy (A92). Leave the A92 at exit marked Kirkcaldy West and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit. You are now on the A910. Keep on this road for approximately 3 miles,following directions for Town
Centre and Tourist Information. At the Oriel Roundabout,take first exit onto Forth Avenue, and at the next mini roundabout (500 yards),take first exit onto Bennochy Road. Scotties BB is on your left (40 yards). We are a short 5 minute walk from the railway station. If alighting on the North platform (travelling from south/ Edinburgh direction), exit station and turn right. Walk through the
gardens to the end of Forth Avenue. At the mini roundabout, turn left onto Bennochy Road and we are about 40 yards on your left. If alighting on the south platform (travelling from north/Dundee direction), exit station and walk through subway tunnel on left towards the north platform. Exit station and turn right. Walk through the

Scotties BB have recently moved to new premises which have been totally refurbished to a high standard. A
non-smoking establishment, Scotties is within easy reach of the many and varied attractions of central Scotland. We;re conveniently situated near the A 910 which connects to the A 92, leading to the Forth Road bridge. From Scotties BB, we are approximately 30 mins drive to Edinburgh, 50 mins to St. Andrews and Perth, and 40 mins to Dundee. We are still only a short distance (approximately 5 minute walk) from the rail and bus station, and all the town
centre amenities. We are conveniently situated for the St Andrews Open in 2010.
