We invite you to stay at our authentic guest house. Wake up to the smell of bacon sizzling in the pan and a pot of fresh coffee brewing on the stove. Come down for a full cooked English style breakfast served country style in our dining room, sit and read the morning newspaper or chat with newly made friends. As we are a family business we do cater for our smaller guests, something other establishments in the area don't do. Pets are usually welcome by prior arrangement with health certification subject to the room availability. We also offer our guests high speed wireless internet access, for those people who are always on the go, even when they are supposed to be on vacation! The main house is over 120 years old (c 1883) and has five guest rooms. Three of the rooms have private bathrooms and most have refrigerators and microwave ovens. We are working through the house steadily upgrading all the facilities and decor. The house is currently having an identity crisis as it goes through a transforming paint job. We also have a cottage that sleeps up to 6 people, although it is rarely available.
