rooms, deposit is refunded in full with at least 14 days (30 days for October major holidays) advance notice of cancellation. Cancellations with less than 14 days (30 days for October major holidays) notice and no-shows will be charged the full amount unless the
room(s) can be re-booked. All cancellations and reservation date changes are subject to a $25 (one night non-refundable deposit for October major holidays) handling charge for reservations regardless of date of cancellation or change. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Full payment is due upon arrival (October reservations are due by Sept. 30th).
