May 29 - September 30, 2009. All lodge rooms and cabins overlook the Gallatin River. All room rates are nightly and based on double occupancy. All cabin rates are nightly and for up to 6-person occupancy. Each additional person $30 per night. We require 50% of your lodging and tax at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation become necessary 30 days or more before your arrival date, we will refund one-half of your deposit. The balance of your deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Should you need to cancel or leave before your reserved time you will be responsible for the entire time reserved. All rates subject to 3% resort tax and 7% bed tax. Children under five years old stay free. Dogs are welcome at -RR and will receive their own bed, water bowl and treats. Advance notice is requested and a $40/night additional fee will apply. All lodge rooms as well as the main lodge offer free access to wireless internet. Reservations for our dining room are recommended. Rainbow Ranch is a smoke free environment. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., an early check-in fee will apply if you would like to arrive early. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.., a late checkout fee will apply if you would like to stay longer. Front office hours are 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Please make arrangements with the Front Office to check-in or check-out before or after these times. The lodge is open year round but the restaurant is seasonal. The restaurant will close for approximately two weeks in both the spring and fall. Please call for exact dates. Due to the Lodges remote Gallatin Canyon location most cell phones do not get reception on RR property. The Rainbow Ranch Lodge is located in Big Sky, approximately 45 miles south of Bozeman and the Gallatin Field Airport. We recommend guests rent a vehicle for ease and mobility during their stay. However, if you would like to forego the rental vehicle, offers shuttle service from the airport to the lodge. During the winter season RR offers guests a complimentary shuttle to/from the ski resort at designated times in the morning and afternoon.
