Some excerpts from the website of Sunset Point Oceanfront Villa that might be useful
Theres a wide assortment of quality dining options in Providenciales to suit all needs and tastes, from the laid-back casual waterfront patios to exquisite fine dining experiences. One of our favorite Turks and Caicos
restaurants is the at Turtle Cove Marina. Its got a funky island feel, great food, and nice atmosphere right on the water. (Try to hit Chicken Ribs night on Wednesday nights its a Provo tradition!). Another favorite Turks and Caicos
restaurant is Caicos
Cafe. The
drinks are great, the bartender Jermaine is fun and personable, and its a good
restaurant to sample some local Caribbean
cuisine. Their excellent seafood jambalaya is out of this world! Bay
Bistro at the Sibonne Hotel is one of the best moderately priced
restaurants on the island. You may very well have your best meal here we did last time we went! Coco
Bistro is very nice for a romantic evening under the coconut palms and twinkling lights. More expensive, but worth it, is Magnolia Wine
Bar and.
Restaurant at the Miramar Resort, with an incredible view of Turtle Cove Marina. Or meet for
drinks by the ocean at the elegant Anacaona, at Grace Bay
Club. Go to Hemingways at the Sands Resort for
breakfast,
lunch, or
dinner. Its a great beachfront location, and very reasonably priced our second favorite
restaurant on the island. If youre feeling a little adventurous, dont leave the island without visiting perhaps the most famous
restaurant on Turks and Caicos Da Conch Shack (formerly Boogaloos). Its an open air structure right on the ocean. Make no mistake about it, youre not in the resort area anymore. But if youre OK with casual island dining off the beaten path, beat a path to Da Conch Shack and youll be rewarded with the best conch dishes in the Turks Caicos Islands. Its one of those laid back
restaurants where you really feel like youre in the Caribbean! Wed say that Bacis has some of the best Italian food in the Caribbean, but since when does anyone go to a
restaurant in the Caribbean for Italian food? Maybe now they will. This is fine dining along the waters edge, also located at. Located right on the beach in Blue Hills next to Da Conch Shack, Horse Eye Jack's is right out of a Jimmy
Buffett song. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. Get the sampler platter. and while you're waiting,
lounge in one of the colorful hammocks hung throughout the
restaurant! Matsuri, Provo's only Japanese
restaurant (other than the one at Beaches resort) is a definite winner. Located right next to the IGA Supermarket on Leeward Highway, we've eaten some of the best sushi we've ever had at Matsuri. Second location now open at Salt Mills Plaza in Grace Bay. Favorite places for
drinks: Horse Eye Jack's and Da Conch Shack Located right next to each other in Blue Hills, these informal beach
bars are just plain fun! Magnolia Wine
Bar. Fantastic view of Turtle Cove Anacaona. Grace Bay
Club's upscale
restaurant. Sip exotic island
cocktails and relax on plush couches overlooking the ocean Hey Jose. For the margaritas, what else? Fantastic hot wings, too! Danny Buoys. Can get smoky, but a popular, neat little
pub Calico Jacks. In Ports of Call, features live bands and draws a lively crowd on the weekends Aqua. Often has an eclectic
