Domaine de Maran - Rooms - We have chosen to limit the number of rooms at two, emphasizing quality over quantity, so as to be more attentive to our guests while also giving you the chance to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Domaine de Maran. On arrival, we will welcome you to our guest rooms : The Yellow Room and the Tower Room. Each room is for two people. Both bedrooms with individual styles are decorated with ancient embroidered household linen, keeping the charm of the family houses. You will also find a tea and coffee hospitality tray. Both rooms have en-suite bathroom and toilets. The price per room, per night, for two people is : 100 euros, breakfast included. We do not accept a third person in the bedrooms (baby, child or adult). We do not accept pets/animals. Arrival time : after 3 p.m - Departure time : before 12 p.m. The Yellow Room (first floor). This room (19 m2), can be fitted out, on request, with twin beds (90cm) or a king size one (180cm). We chose a cloth of yellow and green toile de Jouy as curtains and bed covers; and we dressed the armchairs with fuchsia bursting to give it warmth. The bathroom (8 m2), is pleasant and you will enjoy the luminosity, the very spacious shower and a large mirror. The Tower Room (second floor). You access this bedroom by the staircase of the tower With a 160cm double bed, this white painted room has an old ceiling with exposed oak beams. The brightly coloured curtains and the antique furniture are a perfect match. Domaine de Maran - Prices - Both rooms are the same price : 100 euros per night for two people, breakfast included. For one people : 90 euros per night, breakfast included. For July and August : minimum 2 consecutive nights booking required. We do not accept a third person in the bedrooms (baby, child or adult). Access to the park is strictly reserved for BB guests. The Cite de Carcassonne (the tremendous medieval gallo-roman walled city build on a rocky spur) and the Canal du Midi, both included on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997, are just 4 km away. The Abbeys of Fontfroide, Lagrasse and Saint Hilaire are close to the estate. The vineyards of the Corbieres and Minervois dominate the area, while highlighting the famous cathar castles.
