Die Eigentumerin erzahlt: Ich bin in einer kleinen Ortschaft in Sardinien geboren, in der ich meine ersten 13 Jahre verbracht habe. Meine Erinnerungen an die Jugend sind nicht die an Spielzeug oder Fernsehen, sondern an die Landschaft. Ich spielte mit Schlamm, die Schaukel habe ich zwischen den Olivenbaumen gemacht oder ich lief inmitten des Grunen, im frischen Getreidefeld, in den Duften der Natur in den verschiedenen Jahreszeiten und hatte einen Garten voller Blumen darunter Jasmin und Rosen. Ich habe 30 Jahre lang in Mailand gelebt und gearbeitet, aber nun mude der Pendlerei bin ich wieder nach Sardinien gekommen, um das Bed Breakfast zu schaffen und die grune Gegend und die Momente der Ruhe, die ich in Mailand vergessen hatte, zu geniessen in der Hoffnung sie mit anderen Menschen teilen zu konnen auf der Suche nach Schlichtheit und Natur.
