The name Antholz melts in the mouth of the Biathlon Elite. You don't feel like climbing a summit? The idyllic garden, a sunbathing on the bank of the lake, sauna, solarium, whirlpool, instruments of torture for the fitness admirers, offer you plenty of variety. We don't need to mention that there is also a private car-park and an underground car park with lift to the house.

Either a walk around the lake or a journey on one of the numerous marvellous summits, or the quiet crunching of the snow in the deep snowy winter woods or a highly enjoyable skating on the marvellous cross-coutry crouses (Biathlon-World Campionship!), or the fallow deer in the big open-air enclosure or the timid chamois of the rocky area: they all give you unforgettable impressions. Antholzer Valley is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled valleys in the South Tyrol and is still a promising place to go for nature lovers and those looking for relaxation. The villages of Niederrasen and Oberrasen are situated at the beginning of the valley. Traveling further into the valley, you go past the biotope and come to Antholz Niedertal (1,135 m/3,724 ft) and the central village, Antholz Mittertal (1,250 m/ 4,101 ft). Antholz Obertal (1,532 m/5,026 ft) is not a built-up area.
