three rooms have double beds. Downstairs: a
games / sitting area with a view, a
double bedroom with a
shared bathroom, a drying
room for snowmobile gear with outside access, a washer dryer, and a wheelchair ramp. Main floor: a great
room for
breakfast and sitting with access to the deck and hot
tub (watch the hummingbirds feed while you soak), and an additional
shower and washroom. Upstairs: inside
balcony with
quiet space,
two bedrooms with outside
balconies, and a
shared bathroom. Outside we have 57 acres with plentiful
parking. Hookups are available. Lawn
games include
Croquet, Bocci, and Horseshoes. Trails on the farm through the wildflowers and hayfields, or to the Fraser River at the confluence with Macintosh Creek (very pretty). From the deck and Great
Room, there are fantastic mountain views, great sunsets, excellent sightings of deer, moose, and elk at various seasons. There is also a photographers blind by the large pond.

breakfast $50.00 Group bookings and weekly rates on request. Dogs in the house $7.50 by arrangement. Horses in the corral $10.00
Back trail in the autumn. Trail to Fraser and Macintosh Rivers. Little corral trail in winter. Just a day away from the fabulous Bowron Lakes Wilderness Park. Local dogsledding at Coldwater Creek.

57 Acres of Trees Wildflowers Amongst Spectacular Mountain Scenery. Grassy lanes meander through wild roses, Indian paintbrush and daisies. Copses of trees provide shelter and shade and trails lead to the Fraser River and ponds and creeks. RV's are welcome to choose their own space and spectacular view. Rates: $15.00 per unit per night. Please enquire for hard standing areas and pull through positions. We can provide an electrical hook-up in limited spaces. Rates: $5.00 per night. Tent campers choose your own view. Mown areas are tucked into the wildflower meadow. There are sheltering trees or creeks and a pond. Rates: $15.00 per unit per night. Please use our campfire rings. Free fire wood available. Fire restrictions may apply if the fire hazard is high. Horses in the corral $10.00

shower and washroom easily accessible in the farmhouse. Lawn
