The house is beautifully furnished with contemporary features yet still retains its original traditional Victorian character. Our

room is decorated in subtle browns and creams in a contemporary style. It is bright and airy and again has excellent views of the Cathedral (see photo opposite) and overlooks the Park. There is a large en-

3 hrs from London Kings Cross. 1 hr 45 mins from Edinburgh. Walk down the hill to the Bridge Hotel and turn right. Just past the County Hospital, turn left up Western Hill until the first house on the left at which point turn right and our house is the second house on the right. from main entrance, turn left, walk under the viaduct and take the 2nd left onto Western Hill. Then take the 1st right into Victoria
Terrace and the Victorian Town House is the 2nd house on the right. Exit A1 at Jct 62 and follow the A690 into the City
Centre. Follow the signs for Crook and then the Train Station. Drive under the viaduct, ignore the station approach road on the right, continue past the County Hospital and turn left into Western Hill until the first house on the left at which point turn right and our house is the second house on the right. and entering DH1 4RW will also find us but please note it may bring up Princes Street (we are the same street but Victoria
Terrace is at the bottom of the hill).
