The Santa Maria villa apartments are situated in one of the more tranquil areas of Mellieha whilst still being in easy reach of all the resort amenities. There are 2 bed-roomed self catering apartments which are adaptable as either independent with shared pool or as a one whole accommodation with private pool. All are fully equipped for a self catering holiday with either twin or double beds, kitchen with dining/lounge area and bathroom/WC. There is a terrace area with garden/patio furniture to the front of each apartment. The apartments form a part of the detached villa where the owners live on the upstairs level although they are totally independent to the apartments themselves. The attractive pool area includes a surrounding bathing area with parasols and has sunloungers/beds near the garden area. The pool measures 14 meters x 4 meters and has a small kiddies section with steps. Weekly linen/towel change is provided.

The Bella Vista apartments in this quiet location are 2 bedroomed apartments with terraces to each one along with distant sea views reaching out to the Mediterranean across the Mellieha valley area from the front. The 2 bed roomed apartments which are fully equipped for a self catering holiday consist of kitchen with dining/lounge area, 2 bedrooms with one double and twin with ensuite /WC and additional bathroom. All the apartments are nicely furnished for a comfortable self catering holiday. Garden/patio furniture is available. Linen/towel change is weekly.

The apartments sharing the pool in the Merill complex with a mixture of 1 and 2 bed-roomed self catering apartments all with either terrace or balcony and including their own garden/patio furniture. There is a linen/towel change and an intercom system installed with connection to each apartment.
