wedding services. How far in advance can we book the
ballroom? We commonly book our
weddings one year prior to your
wedding date. There may be a circumstance that we would be able to release the date prior to one year (time of year, day of week, etc.). Those conditions are handled on an individual basis. How much of a deposit do you require? We require a $1,000.00 deposit with the signed contract. $500.00 will be applied to your final bill and the other $500.00 will be held in reserve and, if unused after the
wedding, will be refunded to you within 45 days. Are there any extra set up fees? No. There are no hidden costs in our package prices. The set up of dance floor and tables and the use of linens, china and skirting are all included in our prices. How early will the
room be available to set up the day of the
wedding? The
room is normally ready for your florist, band, or D.J to set up an average of two hours prior to the reception. May we offer a choice of two entrees to our guests? Yes. It will require you to identify on your place cards which entree each guest ordered (for example, some brides use a red dot for beef and a blue dot for fish).
