Don’t forget the very famous automobile museum along the circuit. Also closed to Le Mans, tourist and sportive activities are waiting for you. We are at the periphery of Le Mans. You have the rural tranquility at 5 km from the center town. Le Mans and its city of plantagenêt, Le Mans and its cathedral with gargoyles, its city walls and the fabulous pictural Nuit des Chimères. From Le Mans, you will join Paris easily within 2 hours. If you are in the mood for a iodine breath, you can reach St Malo and its historic walls in 2 hours. The Suisse Normandy is only at 1h30 mn of travelling and it’s a such marvelous place to discover with its changing landscape. Don’t forget les Alpes Mancelles and its gorgeous villages: Fresnay sur Sarthe, Saint Léonard des Bois, Saint Cénéri and have a rest in a tiny restaurant. So 5 rooms in a charming residence are waiting for you! If you want to stay one night or more, you have a kitchen where it’s possible to cook quietly, you also have an hot and cold drink distributor. Upstairs in a warm atmosphere, our rooms are heated by an ecological tear to shreds wood boiler, walls are covered by typical wood witch gives it a natural and country like feeling. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and its toilet, 300 channels on a flat screen TV and free wifi access.

Les Cailleres has been our family property for several decades, three generations have followed continuously. After a few years living in Paris, we went back to la Sarthe and settled in the familial home with one purpose : restoring the site and maintaining what our parents did. Opened to the world, our project came to us obviously : the bed and breakfast. The wish is to share our house attachment, its tranquility and to create a friendly meeting place. Just beside the kennel, the old barn and garage have been entirely rebuilt in February 2009 in order to welcome you. At 5 km from Le Mans centre, come and discover the city of Plantagenêt witch is the old part of the town, its city walls, the cathedral its gargoyles and all the convivial places. You want to take advantage of the country side ? Go to the St PAVACE village and get the pedestrian path for public use. You will walk along the Sarthe river, enjoy its tranquility with Le mans at hand. Before going back, have a walk in Les Jacobins market, taste our famous rillettes du Mans, wander along the docks and if you are not afraid of driving 40 km, go to les Alpes Mancelles, discover some gorgous villages : Fresnay sur Sarthe, St Léonard des bois, St céneri and have a rest in a charming tiny restaurant.
