I found the environment very welcoming and homey. It is nice to be in a hotel where a guest can access a computer or internet without additional cost to the guest. Not being subject to all of the now standard add-on fees makes a person feel welcome and at home. How refreshing. The room (225) was spacious and comfortable. The boutique feel of duvets, heated towel racks, Aveda products and nice teas/coffee made it that much more comfortable. In-room recycling, very impressive! My only suggestions would be to have more than one phone, or a cordless phone in the room so that someone trying to multitask on a business trip has more flexibility.
