Sol Luna is located 1 km from the town of Urubamba in the. a perfect place to start your visit to Peru. The Valley is a prime cultural and adventure destination in South America. The Valley is at a lower elevation than Cusco, about an hour away by car, which makes for a gentler acclimatization to the altitude. cuisines in Lima, offers a diverse selection: (local corn), and fried appetizers, alpaca, trout, chicken, kingfish and gallina entrees, (Andean grain) and corn soups, (a local bean) and kingfish. as well as sandwiches and deserts. The chef;s Novo Andino specialties include. sauteed slices of Alpaca in a coconut curry, accompanied by a.;tacu tacu; of rice and green beans; Carpaccio of Shrimp with Kingfish. accompanied by a salad of cheese, vegetables and lake seaweed; and. trout stuffed with shrimp, topped with white cream sauce and accompanied by sauteed spinach and artichoke hearts.
