Bed type, smoking preference and other requests are noted but are not guaranteed and will be honored on a space-available basis. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. You will receive a full refund if reservation is cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations less then 48 hours forfeit first nights room charge. Please use the special request fields for items such as handicap access etc. A credit card is required at the time of booking and the first night's room + tax WILL be charged on that credit card at the time of booking. Card Holder of the Credit Card (C/C) being used must present C/C at check in. If C/C holder is not coming they must contact Four Queens Room Reservation and have them fax C/C holder a C/C Authorization Slip, fill it out completely and fax it back to F Q.
