To help you with the planning of your Reception, we suggest you consider the following Guidelines: If you decide for a buffet there is no need for a table plan, but for a formal dinner you have to decide how best to seat all your guests. We can help you to do this and we will type your chosen plan in several copies that can be displayed around the bar and reception area, so that your guests will know exactly where to sit. Table plan and final numbers should be given to reception at least four days prior to the function. It would be greatly appreciated if your seating plan could be in tables of 12. Whenever possible, please keep to the stated time of the meal as the Chef will prepare the food for that time. Delays may spoil the meal.
