Rates and Occupancy: Rates listed are for Double Occupancy during Peak Season (May 1 to October 30). Low Season rates are approximately 15% to 20% lower. Single Occupancy deduct $ 20. Ashland has a 7% room tax, which will be added to room charges. A full Breakfast is included for each guest. Deposits: Reservations will be held for 3 Days pending receipt of first nights deposit. For Stays exceeding 3 days, two nights deposit is required. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Personal Check. Minimum Stay: There is a Minimum stay required of 2 nights during Peak season. Under some circumstances this may be waived. Please call to discuss your needs. Cancellations: Any change to a confirmed reservation that reduces the number of rooms or days reserved will be treated as a cancellation. There is a $25 fee for processing cancellations. Cancellations and changes require 30 days notice prior to date of arrival. In the event of a late cancellation, payment is required for all dates reserved that cannot be rebooked. No refunds or credits will be made for early departure. Check-in: Check-in Time is between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Please call in the event you will be arriving after 5:00 PM.
