The Friends and Family Suite it is our largest suite which has two separate rooms; with one Queen bed in each, a full living room area with futon couch, mini refrigerator, table with sitting chairs, entertainment center, and private bathroom. Desert Hills Bed and Breakfast Inn, with five elegantly furnished guest rooms and central air conditioning, is located four miles southeast of Moab, Utah in the extremely quiet and magnificent surroundings of Spanish Valley, just two minutes from the scenic 18-hole Moab Golf Course. The inn is conveniently close to several hiking, biking, 4-wheel drive and horseback riding trails and Canyonland's major points of interest: Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, La Sal National Forest, Colorado River Canyons, Green River Canyons, Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, Hovenweep National Monument, Natural Bridges National Monument, Lake Powell and so many more. From Center and Main Street, downtown Moab, drive approximately 4 miles south on Highway 191. Turn left into Spanish Trail Road, just in between the signs of The Branding Iron restaurant and the Shell gas station. Go straight through the 4-way stop with Spanish Valley Drive. At the roundabout (where you see the sign of the Moab Golf Club on the right) turn left into Murphy Lane. The first road to the right is Desert Hills Lane. Desert Hills BB is the fourth house on the right.

Check-in / Check-out Check-in: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, unless other arrangements have been made. Check-out by 11:00 am Reservations / Deposits Rooms may be reserved with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. A deposit that is the greater of one night's rate or 50 % of the total stay (9 % lodging tax included) will be charged to the credit card provided. Cancellations / Refunds All cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee. Cancellation notices must be received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to ensure return of the deposit (less $10 processing fee). For cancellation notices received within 14 days of arrival date, the nightly rate (lodging tax included) will be charged for each day that the cancelled room is not re-booked. There are no refunds for early departures. Holiday and special event periods as well as groups taking two or more rooms require a 30 days notice. Other Things Worth Knowing.
