Please contact the hotel to check the availability of tables for the date time you require. All reservations must be confirmed in writing. Deposits are required to guarantee all reservations. The hotel must receive confirmation of any reservtion within 14 days of the reservation being made. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £10.00 PER PERSON MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR CONFORMATION. Should the number in your
party reduce the deposit for the cancelled seats must not be deducted from the final payment. The full pre-payment must be received 14 days prior to the event. Please ensure cheques have name, address,
telephone number date of booking on the reverse. Cheques are made payable to Comfort Hotel Reading West. A menu pre-order is required by 12noon 7 days before the date of the booking. All advance payments guarantee your reservation are non re-fundable. Part of upto 20% of the
party number, prior to the 1st December 2008 will be able to reclaim 50% of the final balance payment per person.
