We couldn't do it at home, in front of our own fireplace. We couldn't do it in the car, on a long road trip. Then we spent a night at Woolverton Inn. We looked out at the quiet fields of underdeveloped pastures from our high bed where the next morning we had our gourmet omelets. And there, with a fire blazing, amidst the tranquility of the Woolverton a popular wedding night destination, for good reason we finally found the words to put in our vows. The Best of Bucks County Inns Philadelphia Magazine or those seeking an outstanding location for a traditional, country wedding for up to 150 guests, Woolverton Inn is ideal. We specialize in offering elegance and style not readily found today that allows family and friends to gather in a relaxed atmosphere for your wedding weekend. Together with our chef Max Hansen, of Max Me, we will help you plan a reception that will delight you and your guests. Max has a reputation for superior cuisine, as you will discover for yourself once you taste his food. Once you have reviewed the wedding information listed below, let us show you how we can help make your wedding a special and memorable one and why caring service, fine dining and top quality are the attributes most often expressed by those whom we have served in the past. The cost to reserve the inn is $4,300 per night (plus NJ sales and lodging taxes) -- all thirteen rooms must be reserved for two nights for a weekend wedding, or one night for a Sunday wedding reception. (A second tent will be needed as a precaution for inclement weather.). Your wedding ceremony and reception will be planned as a five-hour affair. Due to a local ordinance, we are required to end the reception by 10:00 pm. Your cost per person is $145, which includes catering, specified rentals, wedding cake, chefs and wait staff. Because we do not have a liquor license, you must supply the liquor you wish to serve your guests. We will, however, arrange for a bartender (cost - $200) and provide the bar set-ups for your bar. You will be responsible for your photographer, music and floral needs. Additional costs may include dance floor, additional tents, tent flooring, air-conditioners and heaters. There is a $2800 location fee that includes exclusive use of the inn and grounds (perfect for wedding photos), patio and porches, as well as the rental of a carpeted, 30X75 tent with a permanent platform that includes siding.
