Our en-suite bedrooms are centrally heated, ensuring that even during the winter months your comfort is assured. We provide complimentary tea and coffee trays in all rooms, as well as remote controlled televisions, clock radio alarms and hair dryers. The rooms are available to our guests at all times and if a packed lunch is required we will be happily to oblige. We offer a choice of family, double, twin and single rooms, with tariffs available on request. We can also offer our guests a Lounge Bar with views overlooking our gardens. Food is available in our fully licensed restaurant and a quiet drink or snack can be enjoyed in our residents lounge. We have ample free parking available on site. Our self-catering apartments have two bedrooms (4 berth) and all bed linen comes as standard. The fitted and equipped kitchenette includes a microwave, with a colour television provided in the lounge area. There is full central heating at no additional cost and the bathroom is fitted with a bath/shower. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request, as are hairdryers. The apartments overlook a large lawn area where you can sit and relax with a drink from our bar. If required, we would be pleased to service your apartment. please ask a member of staff for details. We also offer our self-catering guests the option of breakfasting within the hotel, with a selection of full English, continental or vegetarian breakfasts. Our restaurant caters for residents and non-residents alike. It provides a soothing atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy a meal from our recently updated menu. Whether you are taking advantage of the full English breakfast, sampling the Sunday roast or just letting someone else cook, we will endeavour to make the experience an enjoyable one. Our menu is wide and varied, but if there is something in particular you would like due to dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do our utmost to provide it. Breakfast is served between 8:30am and 9:30am. If an alternative time is required, we will try to accommodate your request. Please advise reception on arrival. During the winter months the restaurant is open in the evening only from 6:30pm to 9:00pm Tuesday to Saturday. Sunday lunch is served between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. We do ask that restaurant reservations are made prior to the seating, especially for parties of five or more. We are able to cater for large and small parties. A place to relax and enjoy a quiet drink in comfortable surroundings, our fully licensed bar is open to residents and non-residents alike. Although fully-licensed, we are able to offer freshly brewed tea and coffee. Opening hours throughout the year are Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30pm to 11:00pm and Sunday from 12.00pm to 3.30pm. Our well stocked cellar has a range of wines to suit any palate. These can be purchased by the bottle with a select few served by the glass

A local bus service is available from outside the hotel. If you are arriving at Saundersfoot station and require your luggage to be collected this can be arranged upon request. We have a private car park with allocated bays, which can be reserved if available upon request. If help with luggage on arrival is required, we can arrange for the luggage to be taken to the room. A path that is 150 centimetres wide and has a decline of less than 1 in 20 achieves the access to the front door from the car park. The ground floor of the hotel has steps linking changes in level. There is a 3-inch step at the dining room and a 7½-inch step to the license bar. In order to reach the downstairs toilet, it is necessary to step down the 3-inch step. The hotel is a two-storey building with no lifts. Rooms are clearly marked with raised numbers. Following recent refurbishment there is a light beech laminate floor from the front entrance to the reception. At this point a dark navy blue carpet leads the way into the dining room, which has parquet flooring stained warm oak. Consequently there is a good colour contrast to floor, walls and doorways. The hotel has a double en-suite bedroom situated on the ground floor. Service dogs are welcome. The dining room is waitress service with food and drink available outside the dining room operating time if staff are available. Task lighting is available upon request. The corridors throughout the hotel are lit well, albeit in a subtle manner. The hotel is covered by 4 mobile phone networks: Orange, Vodafone, O2 and T-Mobile. Members of staff have been trained in disability awareness under the Welcome Host scheme. Menus and brochures are available in large print.
