Comments from our guests. Sunrise Cabin - September 10, 2007 Thank so much for a wonderful stay - the view from the porch is breathtaking! It was a very pleasant start to the morning sipping coffee outside - Not to mention our doggie loved laying out in the sun with a soft breeze to keep her cool! We had a fantastic time visiting and hiking in Canyonlands and Natural Bridges. Oscar the dog loved chasing his tennis ball in the acreage surrounding the cabin. A 50% advance lodging deposit is required at time of reservation. 7 days notice required for cancellation or shortened stay. First night deposit required. Pioneer I II Cabins. Off Season Rates November 1st - February 29th. Off-season special! Sun-Thursday nights $10.00 off (or $49.00/nt.) with a 2 night minimum, excluding holidays. Important Notes: There is an additional $10 per night non-refundable per pet fee. We charge in-season rates over the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. Some amenities may not be available year-round. Please ask in advance. Amenities and rates are subject to change without notice. When 3 or more cabins are reserved by one party, a sixty day notice is required for cancellations. Maximum of two pets. There is an additional $10 per night non-refundable per pet fee. Pets are absolutely not allowed on the beds or furniture. There will be an additional cleaning charge up to $100 for excessive hairs in the cabin. Pets are not permitted to be left unattended in the cabin unless they are put in kennels with a floor.
