Taxis and finding out local cinema times. Please thank all concerned for taking in my Dutch Waifs. It was very good of you to accept them on my behalf, it's a reflection on the professional, personal service that your hotel has become renowned for. We are writing to tell you how we enjoyed our stay at your Hotel. It was out of this world and your staff were excellent. And everything was well and truly great. I write to thank you and all your staff for making our visit to Cardiff for our
meeting such a pleasant one. We found our
rooms very comfortable and the food and service excellent. We are certainly glad that we visit your establishment, and feel guilty that we had not been before. The welcome received, the attention provided by friendly and courteous staff, the conversations enjoyed, not to mention the find quality of the food and wine, made the whole evening an unqualified success. I was most impressed with your
restaurant, both the cooking and the staff were a delight. I am writing to say what a wonderful stay I have had in the Lodge. From the time I
telephoned from Southampton to make my reservation, to the time I left. I have been looked after extremely well. The
room was in excellent condition and cleaned to the highest standard. The staff at the Lodge have made me feel as if I was the most important thing every time I requested something. If I had to chose a star rating for the Hotel, I would definitely make it a 5 star. May I take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent standard of service I received during my stay. The
room itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable as was the
bathroom. It is obvious that you have added the personal touch to your
rooms in order to make them feel a real home from home. I was also brought to my attention that my
room had a peep hole and
security chain on the door and being a women on my own, this alone gave me great peace of mind. The meals I ate in the
restaurant were both plentiful and enjoyable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Finally the standard of service I received is a real credit to you, and I cannot thank you enough for making me feel so welcome.
