Once the home of a local banker and his family, the Brickhouse Inn is a 1898 three story Victorian residence. airport follow signs for Baltimore/Washington Parkway North to Rt. 695 West towards Towson. Follow Rt. 695 to Exit 19, Rt. 795 West. Stay on Rt. 795 until it ends and follow signs for Rt. 140/Westminster. Continue on Rt. 140 through Westminster. Take exit for Rt. 97 North/Gettysburg. Once in Gettysburg go through first traffic light. You will then pass the Inn on your right making next right onto Locust Ave. Make first right into the alley. The Brickhouse Inn
parking is the second lot on the right. From the Washington DC area/Dulles
Airport - Estimated travel time 1 hours. Take the Washington Beltway/Rt. 495 to Interstate 270 North towards Frederick, MD. Follow Rt. 270 North changing to US 15 North at Frederick. Follow Rt. 15 into Pennsylvania. Take the first exit in PA for Steinwehr Ave. Take left at exit towards Gettysburg. Go through 2 traffic lights. You will pass the Inn on your right making the next right onto Locust Ave. Make first right into the alley. The Brickhouse Inn
parking is the second lot on the right. From the Pittsburgh area and points West - Estimated travel time 3 to 4 hours from Pittsburgh. Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike/Rt. 76 East to Exit 15 for Rt. 997 South. Follow Rt. 997 South until it ends at a traffic light (you will pass through several small towns). Turn left onto Rt. 30 East towards Gettysburg. At the traffic circle in Gettysburg take the first right onto Baltimore Street. Go through two traffic lights. Just before the third light make a left onto Locust Avenue (you will not pass the Inn, we are the second house further up on Baltimore Street). Make the first right into the alley. The Brickhouse Inn
parking is the second lot on the right. From Philadelphia and points East - Estimated travel time 2 hours from Philadelphia. Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike West to Exit 17 for Rt. 15 South/Gettysburg. Exit Rt. 15 at the York Street exit. Turn right towards Gettysburg. Follow York Street/Rt. 30 to the traffic circle at the
center of town making a left onto Baltimore Street (travel of the way around the circle). Go through two traffic lights. Just before the third light make a left onto Locust Avenue (you will not drive past the Inn, we are the second house further up on Baltimore Street). Make the first right into to the alley. The Brickhouse Inn
parking is the second lot on the right. From Route 81 and points North - From Rt. 81 exit to Rt. 581. From Rt. 581 exit onto Rt. 15 South/Gettysburg. Follow directions from Rt. 15 above (see Philadelphia and points East). From Route 81 and points South - From Rt. 81 exit for Route 30 East at Chambersburg.
