Alta Mae's Guest Rooms. Rates range from $109 and up. All rates are single or double occupancy ($20.00 for each additional person) and include breakfast. State and local taxes will be added to your bill. Two nights minimum stay may be required over Saturday on Holiday weekends. Reservations Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of one-half the entire stay (minimum deposit, one night). The balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations If notified of cancellation no less than 10 days prior to arrival date, 90% of deposit is refunded. Guests who cancel with less than 10 days notice forfeit deposit in full unless we are able to fully rebook the room. Holidays and Balloon Fiesta require 30 days notice to cancel. Check in/out Check in is from 3:00 p.m. or later. Other times by pre-arrangement only. Check out is noon. If scheduling allows we are happy to accommodate later check out for an additional fee.
